We recently had our very outdated bathroom completely redone by Kensington Kitchen and Bath, and the transformation is amazing. The new look is modern and refreshing, turning our bathroom into a true haven in our home. Our main contact, John, and his crew were incredibly professional and diligent throughout the project. They adhered to the principle of "measure twice, cut once" for every aspect of the renovation, ensuring precision and quality. Their hard work and open communication were evident at every bump and decision point along the way. Although I was eager for the project to be completed after three weeks, I am thrilled with the final result. Additionally, as someone who works from home, I appreciated how considerate they were about minimizing interruptions to my workday. Overall, I highly recommend Kensington Kitchen and Bath for their exceptional workmanship and professionalism.

Fantastic!! Tommy, Goran and team were awesome. I renovated my bathroom, Tommy was very helpful and thorough from design ideas to planning and executing the renovation . Great customer service, Tommy followed up quickly with any questions I had and info I needed. Work was impeccable, on time and on budget, what more could you ask for!! Love my new bathroom!!

Tommy and the team were great to work with. Tommy is very professional and responsive -- any concerns were always dealt with promptly. Kensington completed a complete renovation of my kitchen and master bath. The work was completed consistently, on time and on budget. Kensington is a full-service business and they offer custom-solutions to meet unique needs. Our kitchen was a bit small for a full island, so they suggested a custom table bringing a nice, consistent look throughout. I love it !

In the spring of this year we decided to hire Kensington Kitchen & Bath for a couple of reasons: they had consistently great reviews and were local to Oakville. We initially hired Kensington to complete some fairly major renovations on two of our bathrooms, and eventually expanded that work to include a third bathroom because we were so pleased with the work they had done. Tommy and Goran, together with their fabulous team, were creative in the design consultation and excellent in the execution of all three projects. All of the work was done on time, on budget and with superb attention to detail. Questions answered were always addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction . Our thanks to Tommy, Goran, Steve, Matt, & Katherine - we'll look forward to working with you all again!

Working with Tommy, Goran and the team has been a fantastic experience from start to finish and we can't recommend them enough. Kensington completely renovated our ensuite and main baths and the powder room, which were dated and in need of repair. They were on time and on budget. They made the whole renovation process easy for us, working with us on the design, procurement and taking care of the work to create the exact bathrooms we imagined at the start of this process. If we needed more work done on our house they would be our first call.

I really can't rave enough about Kensington Kitchen and Bath. We hired KK&B to renovate our first floor, as well as a full kitchen renovation. From planning and design, through the renovation and kitchen build, Tommy and his team were truly fantastic. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with incredible care. The entire renovation was a professional and efficient process, without any of the stress we thought a project of this size would have. The team showed up every day on time, talked us through what was going to happen next, and worked with us to create a BEAUTIFUL kitchen that we are so proud of. From the high quality of the products to the focus on detail - the ease of the entire process was beyond our expectation. Tommy and team are fantastic, and we would highly recommend them for projects of any size.

Tommy and his team transformed our 1980's kitchen into one we are now proud to bring friends and family through! We couldn't be happier cooking and entertaining in it...and I've put on the five pounds to prove it! To begin with, Tommy had innovative suggestions about how we could re-arrange our space to make it work for our family. Never pushy and always keen to listen to our interests, the planning went smoothly. Selecting everything from counter tops, back splash and cabinets to sinks and lighting was simple, thanks to their incredible showroom in Oakville. Tommy's team recognize being 'out of your kitchen' while they renovate can be inconvenient. They made a point of doing our renovation in a timely manner. If we ever had a question, Tommy was always available on the phone...a first for us as far as contractors are concerned. In the end, it was worth eating a couple weeks of eggs cooked in the microwave, to end up with such a stylish, sophisticated and user-friendly kitchen!

Tommy and his team did an outstanding job in our new bathroom. His team arrived on time and were very professional, responsive and very courteous. They were quick to respond to requests and updates. A special gold star to Tommy and Goran. We had an issue with our new toilet and lent us a replacement unit until we resolved our issue with the retailer. They spent a whole saturday afternoon helping us with the problem post project delivery. Kudos to the whole team - Steve, Goran, Tommy, Tammy and Sebastian
