My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Full service interior design studio located in Austin, TX. Kristin, owner and lead designer is a Los Angeles native who was born with a passion for design. She studied at Loyola Marymount University where she received her B.A. in Communications, 2011, then went on to receive her degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, 2013. Upon graduating from FIDM, Kristin went on to work for a number of top LA based designers refining her technical and creative skills before starting her own firm in 2016.

We hired Kristin at Kozy Kasa to “update” areas of our home but by the end she had truly transformed our environment. She brought a super fresh, clean and modern vibe to our house. She proposed colors, materials and furnishings that we simply wouldn’t have envisioned without her but which we absolutely love. She was sensitive to our preferences and budget, and managed glitches and snags with calm assurance. Highly recommend.

Kristin is so incredibly talented and helpful! I found her on Instagram and hired her to help design my new build in Florida. Everything she selected was the perfect blend of me and my husband, which is a challenge given the fact he and I have polar opposite taste. Kristin was responsive, creative and helped us pull in design elements that were unique to our distinct styles and beautiful. I can’t recommend KozyKasa enough for a local Austin project or even remote design guidance!
