Plantscape Design

Lee did an initial consultation for a landscape project that I am doing for my house. I felt that there was an early miscommunication regarding the expectations of the first consultation. When I tried to express my frustrations, I could tell he disagreed with my perspective, but he was responsive. Ultimately, he worked to compromise on a solution that felt fair.

We used Lee Davis and Plantscape Design as a consultant to guide us through the transformation of our patio and backyard. Even though we live outside the Corvallis area, via phone, text and email, Lee helped us through the challenges of design, materials and contractor selection. He gave us an accurate assessment of what to expect and provided great feedback to our many questions. Lee was professional and fun to work with and his advice contributed greatly to the successful conclusion of our project. We highly recommend Lee Davis and Plantscape Design.

Lee has worked with us to design an update to our landscaping. We have a general today yard design, and are executing it in stages, as we can afford to. The front yard is done, and looks wonderful! Lee is very easy to work with with, open to likes and dislikes without judgement, and an excellent communicator. The contractors he has recommended have been excellent also. We really have enjoyed working with Lee, and look forward to executing the rest of our refurbishing.

5 stars for Lee. Lee worked with me and with my contractor, Terrace Hardscaping, in designing a memorial for a local cemetery and landscaping for my home. I could not be more happy with the results and do not hesitate to recommend Lee highly. He is easy to work with, listens and provides creativity. I was impressed that he also stopped by the landscaping projects frequently.

Lee Davis of Plantscape Design did an excellent job of working with us to transform our front yard landscaping from an old, simple lawn to a beautiful landscaped garden that includes a new walkway to the home entrance, two dry river beds, border walls, retaining walls, a decorative fence with gates, and a walkway to the backyard. Lee developed the garden’s masterplan, in which he was even able to retain and incorporate some of the existing mature, established plants; he then recommended and lined up the contractors. In his design, Lee offered creative solutions for plant selection that accommodated several desired parameters, including “deer resistance,” low water consumption, and seasonal blooming. Lee delivered the plant material and guided the implementation of the whole project, during which he worked closely with the subcontractors to ensure a timely completion of our new landscaping. We could not be happier with the outcome, and we highly recommend Plantscape Design. As an added bonus, Lee connected us with a dedicated and knowledgeable maintenance professional who is taking care of the landscaping now so that we can enjoy our beautiful new garden on an ongoing basis.

Plantscape Design Corvallis deserves more than a 5 Star Review. The results of our major garden landscape project were far above and beyond what we could have ever dreamed of. Lee did a great job designing our landscaping plan. He met with us to determine our likes/dislikes and then after drawing up the plan he met with us several more times for revisions. He was able to find us a great landscaper and then went shopping with us to make sure we saw exactly what was in the plan. We highly recommend Lee.

We've known Lee and his wife, Julie, for a while. But it was a happy day when we learned that Lee is a landscape designer. He not only has an artist's eye, but he has the ability to really listen. He was able to take the 'feeling' we wanted (serene, peaceful) and translate it into a wonderful design. He was also happy to coordinate our hardscaper and irrigation team, which made it so much easier for us. Lee has earned our full trust.
