My husband and I hired L M Cline's LLC to remodel our 1969 brick rancher. This home was stuck in the 70's and needed a complete overhaul, but we did not know where to begin. Lisa was able to develop a great layout that made the most out of the space we have. Lisa was there to assist with every step of the process, from demolition to installation and how to stage the new space. She helped translate our rustic style into our home. She also kept in mind that this house will not be our forever home and guided us towards the best options to give us the most bang for our buck. She worked diligently to complete our home in a timely manner as our son decided to make his debut in this world 6 weeks ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough positive things about L M Cline's LLC, and she will definitely be a part of designing our next home!

We were introduced to Lisa through our builder. She was part of our construction process from day one! She took note of everything We said and used it to guide in the design and layout of our home. Yes, we did have a basic layout in mind but she really took it to a new level. As our build progressed, she worked closely with suppliers and the whole team to make our home everything we wanted it to be. If I didnt share her enthusiasm for a particular idea, there was no issue and ahe fully reapected our ideas and tastes. In the end, I have a GORGEOUS home that my family loves. Lisa helped take it from ordinary builder grade house to warm, character-filled home! Even my kitty cats love the special touches created just for them! Responsive communication always and overall very pleased with the professional service. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Cline came to us highly recommended by others for our kitchen remodel. We couldn't afford to purchase new cabinets, so she recommended that we paint/stain the existing ones. She is very knowledgable in her field and had many suggestions that worked well within our budget and made huge differences for a small cost. She did not push us to make decisions that would cause us to go outside of the preset budget or our comfort zone. She had many wonderful ideas that we never would have come up with on our own and loved that she included us in the process. From the consultation until the end of the project her creativity gave her the ability to find many ways to work with us and turn our kitchen into a room we love! Lisa Cline helped in tremendous ways updating our home. Not only did she bring new, innovative ideas, her designer taste added so much style and class! Recessed lighting, elevating cabinets, knock down treatment, are just a few updates she added to our 1980's home. She is fabulous to work with and extremely knowledgable in design and decor.

We are so glad we found Lisa Cline after a disappointing experience with previous designer. In short, the previous designer did not make any suggestions and we were constantly pushing her to come up with ideas or answers, we were at the point where our contractor needed answers for colors, materials, lighting, faucets, etc. When we met Lisa, right off the bat she said that she could work us and take “au pied levé” the huge tasks of decorating inside and out the custom house we were building, within the budget we were comfortable with and that her main objective was to create a home that reflected who we were, not her. We took her at her word and, happily, found that she was true to it. In fact, she saved us from having to postpone the work schedule. First let me say that Lisa is one the nicest persons you will ever meet, she is a joy a to work with, all the subs or contractors appreciated her input. So here are my random impressions of working with Lisa. She is a work horse, she came up with all our urgent demands at an incredible speed. She not only knows her stuff but much more, whether it is brick work or construction matters and takes on a challenge happily. She has excellent and wide-ranging taste. She knows how to add dimension through colors and textures. She takes care of every detail, it is such a pleasure to come in a room and have everything taken care of. She takes her work very seriously and, we think, feels a personal mission to give people a deep sense of coming home through design. She is not concerned with trends or labels, and has a sense of the value and quality of things over time. She is also linked with artisans and craftspeople throughout the area. We are moving from room to room and are so pleased. The house feels like us - it feels warm, creative and comfortable while fitting perfectly into our neighborhood. Mrs. Cline did an outstanding job when she was responsible for repairing the ceiling of our house. Mrs. Cline was very meticulous about her work. She made sure to put her creativity and hard work into every part of this project. After completing this repair, Mrs. Cline then, plastered the area, in order to recreate the damaged area. Finally, Mrs. Cline repainted the entire, 25-foot, cathedral ceiling of our living room & dining room area, flawlessly. Another great thing that Mrs. Cline did was do all of this hard work in a very time-efficient and time-effective manner. Upon completion, the ceiling of our house is like new again. Mrs. Cline's professionalism throughout the entire process is to be highly recommended. Also, the charges of her services are very competitive, actually better than, anyone else that we had shopped around the entire area to do the work. We would definitely recommend Mrs. Cline to anyone who is looking for an excellent job of remodeling / restructuring their homes.
