A 1970's spec home receives new life in this custom remodel. There is nothing about this home that speaks to the 70's anymore with the rustic upgrades, new kitchen and open concept. Rustic pillars flank the breakfast nook and welcome guests through the new front door. We also opened up the dining room to the living area and once again added the rustic pillars to slightly separate the two rooms. What once was closed, dark, and drab is now open, bright, inviting, and welcoming to the home.
