TL Custom Homes was recommended to us as a custom builder by another builder in Bigfork. We interviewed Tony and Lori and felt that they understood our vision. We had conceptual plans for our house on our land in the foothills of the Swan range, but nothing else. Tony and Lori walked with us through the process from drawing up the final plans all the way to the completion of our home. They have developed relationships with sub contractors throughout the valley over their years in the industry and these relationships proved invaluable in the completion of our project. Our home was built to last with quality construction in every area. Lori went with us to choose siding, windows, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry and more. Her experience guided us in our decision making process and we have been extremely pleased with the choices we made. With their help our project has truly become our home!

In August of 2016, we decided we could no longer put up with a leaky roof and 1980's out dated house. We had previously met Tony and Lori at a Parade of Homes project they had built and were hoping they would take on our project. We were very fortunate that they agreed! After to major remodel, they turned our Montana cabin into the home of our dreams. They turned what could have been a very stressful process into a fun, creative and exciting transformation! They are the utmost professionals! They have assembled the most creative, talented, honest craftsmen in the Flathead Valley and the subs were all 5 star professionals! There's a lot of contractors out there but Tony and Lori take a special interest in their clients. They want to get to know you, your likes and dislikes, your personalities and that reflects on the final outcome. Our house is not just a house, Tony and Lori turned it into our home! We can not recommend them highly enough!

When we started the process of choosing a contractor, we sought recommendations from a local bank. We obtained five recommendations. We called each of them and then interviewed four of them. We visited homes that they had constructed. After this process, we chose TL Custom Homes Inc. as our contractor. We believe that this was a very good choice for us. Tony and Lori gave us very great service catering to our every concern. They also gave us great advice and were not adverse to letting us know if our idea on something was not a wise choice. They both made many trips with us to help with our selection process with finishes. Lori was most helpful in this regard. Their foreman and main finishing man were always trying to provide the best result and always went out of their way to accomodate us. We would highly recommend TL Custom Homes Inc. to anyone who wants to build a higher end home.

Having been a building professional/contractor for OVER 50 yrs (yikes) we've dealt with all sorts of clients and contractors/sub contractor and our experience with Tony and Lori was, by far, the best we've ever had. Their crew and subs went above and beyond to help us see and achieve our "vision" of our perfect retirement home. Everyone had knowledge of codes and what the budget was, but also what we were going for. They always worked in a clean and safe environment, and were very pleasant to be around when they were there. TL allowed my wife and I to have a lot of "hands on" with his project, which helped with the budget and our "vision", being that we were in the construction trades for oh sooo long. Whether your a multi-million dollar home, or our "low cost" remodel, they treat you like family, as did everyone involved. If something wasn't to our liking, or up to their standards, they addressed it immediately. If this were a ten star site, they would get 11.
