“After viewing their model home during the parade of homes and liking the quality of that house, we decided to pursue having Finmark Construction build a new house for us. They were very good to work with in getting the design we wanted and a floor plan that would work for us. We had very few small problems arise during construction that were corrected immediately. They were very accommodating in making some slight changes as the construction progressed and we saw some things we wanted to alter. There was an excellent line of communication through all phases of design, layout and construction. We are very happy with the finished house and should we ever decide to build again, Finmark Construction would be our first choice. I really wanted to give them five stars for the overall project, but since we moved in it has been difficult to get the little things that need attention taken care of. I know they are in the middle of a very busy season and not the least bit upset about it.”

“As client representative for a custom home builder, I worked with many designers in our area as they assisted our customers during the building process. On one of our multi-million dollar homes, the client had already worked with two separate designers, both of whom were unsuccessful in translating his vision into reality. When we brought Inge Cahill on to the project, she immediately understood the direction needed, and quickly grasped the scope and urgency. She established an outstanding working relationship with the client, as well as the project manager and subcontractors. Luxe Magazine featured her work on this home. It was necessary for her to pick up where prior designers had left off, salvaging work in process and rapidly come up to speed on the huge unresolved design challenges, including lighting, stone and tile, kitchen design, landscape design, as well as creating original furnishings. Her attention to detail is extraordinary! Because of her architectural experience in design early in the planning stages, she has complete understanding of the building schedule, and is timely and professional in decision-making, and in communication with all parties involved. No wonder so many of her clients have remained dear friends. She is a jewel!”

“Shan is an exceptional craftsman and energy efficient builder. I was on a number of his jobs and his work was above and beyond the quality of anyone else in the area. I highly recommend Shan and would use his services if I was building. I was a supplier to Shan for a number of years of prefabricated building systems and materials. I visited most construction sites and Shan built some exceptional homes of complex design. Shan was always competent, very professional, detail oriented, and honest. “As a fifteen year owner of a real estate company, I have worked with many builders. Every time, I have experienced plusses with the builders. Negatives are rare. Most are pretty good. However, every now and then one comes along that sets the bar higher than most. Montana Build is one such company. Their attention to detail is superior. The finished product is always more than promised. I like that. Pricing is fair and accurate. Customers like that. For me, it's the way they do business that is even more impressive. It's like working with close friends. The owner, Paul McElroy, is a buyer's advocate of such repute, no one ever has to ask, "so where are we at?" McElroy and his staff are proactive from start to finish. Communications are A+. They make the experience comfortable. The buyer feels they are respected and their best interest is always paramount. “Denman Construction is just finishing building a house for myself and my 16 year old son. it has been the greatest, most humbling, and exciting time of our lives! I feel like a member of the family at Denman! These guys have treated me with nothing but the utmost respect from day one. The excellent quality of their workmanship is only exceeded by the incredible respect and integrity with which they treat their clients, employees, and subcontractors alike. Denman Contstruction is the kind of company everyone would want to have build their house,they are fully dedicated to your project, they listen,respect, and give 110%. I have never built a house before, but I would do it again with this company,and I would do it without ever having to go to the job site and I know it would be perfect. These guys take care of every detail, from the design on. They just totally rock! I am a single mom, with a right BKA (below the knee amputation) so I have a few special needs. I don't like to make a big deal about it,but the are a few special requirements that I have. Denman has taken that all into consideration and not even had to ask twice about things. They have been very polite and discreet, and super sweet about considering my special needs without every making me feel awkward, or uncomfortable, or even embarrassed. I am eternally grateful to be treated as an equal, a friend, and a person whose ideas and opinions matter. I cannot wait to move in to our new house!”
