Owner and President Luke Tilton is a seasoned homebuilder with over a decade of experience in the Atlanta area. Upon graduating from the University of Georgia, Luke started his career with a large regional developer and learned the business from the ground up. Luke then spent five years apprenticing with his father Larry Tilton, who has over 45 years of homebuilding experience, before he founded Lucas Tilton Residential. Lucas Tilton Residential was founded on the basic principle of building its clients the perfect home, on time and on budget. Luke and his team work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service to ensure that every homeowner is happy, every time.
