Luis Trevino. Architect

Luis did a great job making my backyard oasis look great. He delivered on his promises from start to finish. I would definitely recommend him any job. He listen to our wants, drew it up and finished the project within our agreed timeline.

En el año 2012 el arq , Treviño fue considerado como uno de los mejores arquitectos de entre unos cuantos màs que son referente en este destino de playa. Arq. Luis Trevino designed "Casa Monarca" located in Zihuatanejo Mexico in "La Ropa Beach". He developed a well-thought project for us which beat our expectations. He is professionalism and ethics led us to trust him for our beach house project. He is fond of the "Zihua" style arquitecture developed in the area. Attention to detail brought this project to life. Luis Trevino worked as architect and contractor for the interior fit-out of my condominium in Casa que ve al mar in Zihuatanejo Mexico. The condo was purchased as a shell and the fit out involved complete finishing of the interior. I am also in the architectural business, so my requirements for the design of the apartment were very precise. The quality of the materials, finishes and the construction of a gourmet kitchen were all priorities in the design and construction. I wanted an ultra-modern interior built within the more vernacular exterior of the building. Luis did an excellent job of translating my design objectives into reality. The attention to detail on finishes and installation was very good. Luis also followed up on all post-contract issues and continued to be available long after the project was completed. I would highly recommend Luis, and would work with him again.

Luis was the architect and general contractor for the build out of my condo in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. He completed the work on time and on budget. I would hire him again for a similar project.

When I bought my place, an amazing place overlooking the pacific ocean in Ixtapa Mexico, I knew that Luis Trevino must be my architect, very talented, he knew how to take advantage of the spaces and the views. The relationship he developed between inside and outside is great!. Ixtapa is a place where you can live with your house "all open" reducing the use of the A/C to the minimum. If I need to build another house I will choose him, no doubth. Strongly recomended.

Luis Trevino is a very talented and creative professional. His ideas are truly unique and pleasing and we were delighted with the results of his design and oversight of the project. From our first contact, Luis opened up and maintained our mutual communication of the project and was always efficient and effective in meeting any challenge that were confronted. We would be extremely happy to work with him again on any size project we have in the future. He is our "go to" architect and also a very nice and trustworthy gentlemen.

Luis Trevino designed and built an apartment building in which I had an apartment; a house in which I had an interest and did the remodeling of a villa I had bought. These were in Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa, Guerrero, Mexico. His designs are innovative, beautiful and ecologically sound. He is a very pleasant person and easy to work with, whether you are an English or Spanish speaker. As it seems I can only choose 1 of these for the questions below, I've chosen the remodeling of my villa in Ixtapa.
