Lynne has performed several house designs for us and she has always done a terrific job. She meets deadlines and is always enthusiastic about making changes we request as we go along the process. She is also very helpful in making suggestions about design concepts and putting those to work. Her fees are very reasonable and I would highly recommend her to anyone starting out on a design project.

My husband and I had the pleasure of collaborating with Lynne Person, Building Designs LLC on a first floor remodel that included designing a new kitchen, mudroom and laundry room. The original portion of the house was built in 1929 and there had been updates over the years. Not only was Lynne extremely timely and courteous, but she took all our needs into consideration making the best and most creative recommendations for our space. She had a great sense of style and attention to detail. She was available throughout the process and supportive during decision-making. She met every deadline with ease, and we couldn’t’ be happier.

Lynne created plans for a major remodel of our 60s colonial. We asked for a more open, modern space and she delivered. We were so happy with the remodel that we decided to add another bedroom and hired her again. She also helped finish our plans for a modern NJ vacation home. We would highly recommend her!
