Crazy renovation times for a restaurant these last 2 years during covid and she was able to get a plan in place, a schedule, the team to execute it in a timely fashion, and then it was done!. Timing a bathroom renovation for a restaurant is an insane undertaking. I now have the most beautiful bathrooms in Simcoe County! She transformed my thoughts into actions with her personal spin which was scary to understand but awesome to see the finish. We are a small general contracting company that have worked with Gibson Design on over 10 residential, and a handful of commercial projects over the course of the past 4 years. We hired Maggee Gibson Design Inc. to help us with our floor design of our custom home. Maggee was referred to us by Kenfield Homes. Maggee came to meet us at our home to discuss our design tastes and wants and needs in our custom home. She aligned rooms with focal points, symmetry, and made each room flow into the other. Maggee's professional knowledge is exceptional and comes with her extensive experience building custom homes. She has a positive attitude, and always finds a solution to a problem to meet the clients needs. She works well under pressure, and provides the final product with detail, i.e. furniture layout on the floor plans. She emailed us to let us know she needed more time to fine tune the main floor. We appreciated this communicaton. Maggee is very approachable and happy to talk to, and makes the effort to work with her clients. For example, she spent time with me over the phone and computer so I could visually see the changes being made on the screen as I talked to her. This visual help me see the changes I was requesting and how it would affect the floor plan. Her ideas are unique and different which makes a final impact to any room she creates! After moving into my home and finding bad wiring and no view of my large backyard I felt I better get some help and get down to the bare walls and fix my main floor . I hired Gibson Design even though I felt the company would not touch a small renovation. I was extremely scared as I have never taken on a project that I knew nothing about. Maggee Gibson was very pleasant and gave me quite a few options at different price points and themes that would suit my home type without looking pretentious or over designed so as not to fit in with the rest of the home. I had not even thought of that. In fact, I had not thought of a lot of things until she reviewed structures, permits, load bearing walls, heights of windows to name a few. Well, I felt really comfortable with her and the project and went ahead with plans. I am so pleased with the results and layout of my home which involved moving the kitchen to a different location. All was on budget with a few upgrades I wanted. Job well done for this happy customer.

We wanted to renovate our kitchen and consulted with several people on the design. We were not satisfied with the recommendations. Once we met Maggee we immediately realized how knowledgeable and gifted she was. As we were so inspired with Maggee's vision, our kitchen renovation grew and we decided to utilize Maggee's expertise to have the remainder of our home become as beautiful as our kitchen!! We retained Maggee Gibson in late 2013 to assist us with a complete re-build/re-design of our master ensuite washroom. While Maggee listened to our preferences and tastes and incorporated them masterfully into the project, she also immediately took charge and added her personal style and exquisite taste to what was - to the point we retained her - a fairly unfocused mishmash of our own ideas. For this we are eternally grateful, as Maggee came up with a design that was so wonderful that it was incredibly easy to make decisions and move forward with our project, whereas, without her, the decision making process seemed daunting and difficult. Maggee is highly professional, patient and creative. While she obviously brings a tremendous amount of knowledge, confidence and skill to her design projects, she also immediately put us at ease and it was an absolute pleasure working with her.
