Mapleton Builders

We bought a house where both bathrooms and kitchen had been recently remodeled by Marc Kane of Mapleton Builders. Unfortunately, the shower had a leak and as a result we needed to replace the entire subfloor of the master bathroom and the shower itself. The water also leaked to the adjacent guest bathroom so we will need to remodel that as well. We've had an insurance inspector, plumber, and water damage company each come out to investigate the issue and they all attributed it to poor workmanship.

Mark & Mapleton Builders greatly exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do high quality work but they also kept us within our budget and provided idea's and solutions that helped us maximize the amount of work we were able to do with fixing up our new home.

Marc, is extremely professional and fast. He works very hard to complete a project. He's a great communicator keeping all clients in the loop. I have worked with him on several projects that required open mindedness and a willingness to be flexible and address any unseen problems that always occur in remolding. Marc Kane and Sean Eldridge are the guys you want if your project is anywhere in the mountains above Colorado's front range. They worked on our tired little kitchen (and a few other miscellaneous areas of the house), and the work turned out really beautiful. Marc keeps his projects on time and on budget, and he definitely over-delivers. What's more, he has a ton of experience and an eye for aesthetics, so he will very likely bring good ideas to your project that you've not even thought of. Mapleton Builders gets my highest recommendation. Use them if you can get them!
