My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I was remodeling my kitchen and living room. I wanted to incorporated the rooms together because our life style evolves around our kitchen. Marina understood wanted immediately. She had 7 plans for me to review the next day. I couldn't believe how fast she did them. It was about 80% of what I was looking for. She did 2 more plans and we had what we wanted. Marina made me feel very comfortable letting her coordinate the whole remodeling process for us because I know she will be on top of the contractors. I will definitely use IDLA again on my next remodeling !
