My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Mark III has continued to lead the North Shore with the finest in designs since the 1993. We offer complete design services and exclusive representation of the finest of choices in cabinetry. Our track record proves that we work extremely well with all levels of clients, architects, and builders. Our approach is comprehensive and allows both artistic vision with construction/installation management that alleviates much of the construction burden for contractors. When developing the finer details during the design phase of a project, functions of the kitchen, baths, library and other designated spaces can be realized as a whole live/flow environment.

I was given the recommendation to work with Mark III when beginning a full kitchen and basement renovation. It was immediately apparent to me that the work they provided was of the highest quality, the process which could become incredibly overwhelming was made easy and enjoyable, and their planning and execution were amazing!! We made many changes along the way and they easily and happily accomadated my ideas! The final products were beyond my expectations and I am already talking to them about future projects to be completed!

Joe and his team did an excellent job. We hired them to gut and redo our bathroom. We were so impressed with the work that we then hired them to build us new bookcases and a bar. The quality of the work was nothing but exceptional. We are very pleased with the outcome.

I have used Mark III for 3 large high end rehab home building projects. Roy Djerga, owner, has the most incredibly talented team of professionals. His carpenters are artisans. All of the trade professionals that Roy subcontracts are 5 star, and he oversees every aspect of the work personally, every day. I cannot recommend Mark III highly enough.

Roy and his team helped with a partial kitchen remodel, and were extremely professional. Existing cabinets had to be matched and many contractors out there can't get it right but Lenny and team were able to nail it. Their attention to detail insured there were no issues with tight fits on appliances, and they had good recommendations on the design. They also did a custom wall built-in for us that we're extremely happy with. Thanks so much! Bill
