Lexington Blinds And Shutters

I contracted Mary with Lexington Blinds and Shutters to customize woven wood shades for our sunroom and was so happy with how beautiful they looked that I also chose woven wood window treatments for the rest of our living areas. I used the Graber product and am very pleased with the design and textures of their woven woods. Mary installed the final product herself and did and excellent job. She is truly a Professional.

Mary has helped wtih coordination of blinds, drapes from beginning to end (installation) on two different houses for me. She made a difficult process easy. When moving from my residence into a new (to me) house, we repurposed many of my drapes and/or fabrics saving me a lot of money. Our home was built in 1845 and has very large windows. The first floor windows are 5 feet wide and 10 feet tall. The wood work around these windows are beautiful and extend to the 13 foot ceilings. I didn't want to hide any of these beautiful casements but wanted to let the light in by day and ensure darkness while sleeping. Mary worked with the shade manufacturer to get our window treatments made since they were beyond the original engineered shade design. I get compliments on a regular basis for preserving the look of the windows. Art went above and beyond my expectations and has provide service of exceptional quality. Hired Lexington Blinds and Shutters to put all wood plantation shutters throughout my home. I live in a historic home where many windows were not standard sizes.. Mary was very detailed with the measurements as well as installation!! She is very professional and her customer service skill are tip top!! Would recommend her without reservation!!

I had never ordered anything custom made for my home- as far as window treatments so I was a little skeptical about how the experience would go. I wanted blinds for my "wall" of windows in our family room. I was totally amazed and pleased with how easy Mary was to work with and bounce ideas off of-I felt like we had known each other for years! She was helpful without being pushy and guided me without being overbearing. In short... she was awesome! She came and measured and ordered my blinds and had them installed just in time for my son's graduation party! So exactly one year later she came back and took care of my kitchen in the same pleasant, efficient manner with which she had taken care of the family room. This summer we are getting new windows and again she has come to my rescue-sending her wonderful installer George to my home to skillfully and efficiently take down those custom blinds for the installation of the windows.
