I have had the pleasure of working with Mary Susan for more than 40 years. She has helped design, develop and create very unique, warm and inviting homes for us. Over these years, Mary Susan has done five residences; each with a different feel within varying environments from urban to mountain. Great creativity, time and expertise was needed to accomplish these projects from construction on through the last detail of appointments that made each house personal and “home”. Mary is quite gifted in accomplishing original design that represents a client's needs and tastes. She is excellent at repurposing existing favorites while updating. As a person hesitant to work with an interior designer, I can say that I could never have completed the remodeling of my bath and kitchen without the help of Mary Susan. First of all, she will put you at ease right away, be sensitive to your tastes and budget instead of imposing her own tastes, and works with fine craftsmen and contractors. When we met to talk about our design choices, she was prepared and gave me the opportunity to make choices, but I always ended up going with her first recommendation!!
