I have worked with Susan on several projects. She has been my real estate agent as well as collaborator on design elements on at least three of my projects. She has both a great business and design sense. She is able to think several steps ahead in the process, hold details, negotiate, and come up with strategies. She is resourceful and asks good questions to keep real estate transactions on track. She is an asset in design as well. For example, she suggested lighting the original pass through cabinet in my Victorian renovation project below. She has helped my clients and been an asset to the home acquisition and design process for them. I highly recommend Susan for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She has an unusual talent for design that is very helpful for envisioning possibilities in a new property.

First off, I chose Susan as my realtor because I saw her face on many of the signs around Longmont, CO as I began my house search and knew she was obviously someone who knew the area. In spite of my lack of knowledge of the area and pickiness, she kept a great attitude and was always motivated to show me more houses, even after a few contracts fell through. When it came time to sell a few years later, there was no doubt I was going to use her again with her good attitude and tenacity to get things done. Before I had the house up to par, I had to move back to TN with a new job, and Susan called in the infantry with her contacts with painters, etc to finish up some details while I was out of town. When I returned a few weeks later, my barren house was totally redecorated and "staged" with very cool furniture, rugs, fixtures, wall hangings, etc. It looked so amazing that I honestly wished I was not selling after she got through with it, but alas, I had already taken a job back in TN. The day before the house went on the market, Susan had a small party for local realtors at the house, so they could get a preview for their customers, and by the next day we already had 3 competing offers well over asking price. Nope, she is not paying me to write this, I am a real customer, and the house was at 227 Vivian Street. I highly recommend this lady who knows real estate, has great taste, is well connected, has energy, has talent, and knows how to get things done.

Susan is fantastic. She staged our home beautifully and it sold quickly. She is very intelligent and kind. The whole process was super smooth. She is very attentive to her clients. My husband was equally impressed with her. Happy happy!
