Rob listened to everything we wanted in a home and collaborated with us to design the home we wanted but could not find anywhere else. Zack, Jacki and Patti were an integral part of creating and implementing the stunning interior and exterior design of our home! They walked us through each detail, gave suggestions and made the design process fun and not overwhelming. Paul and Bob were the masterminds that kept our house on track, crews working with attention to detail, maximum quality and in constant communication with us. Linda, Adam and all of the behind the scene team members and contractors made this process run seamlessly. I have been in several new houses and enjoy going to open houses at spec homes. The quality of my Master Plan home is far superior to everything I have seen. They worked with us through out the project and presented us with options that best suited our family. I could not be happier.

We were able to work with them to design exactly what we wanted and they were able to offer similiar materials for the look we wanted to stay within our budget. Called for two weeks and left messages with no call back. I finally reached the owner regarding building a deck on lake outside our condo. The outcome was not what we wanted however he was very professional and did follow up with additional information within the week.

From start to finish (design to complete installment), we were delighted with the Master Plan team that made our dream kitchen come true. With Kevin Davis as the head designer, we were given many great options we'd never even thought of and we employed a goodly number of them in the final plan. The companies they referred us to for countertops, flooring, paint, appliances, etc. were all exceptional. All of the designers and workmen who were in our home for the 6 weeks it took to complete our kitchen were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and frankly, fun to be around. The painters (I believe they were Mike and Ernie) were especially enjoyable and though we spoke with them often, they never stopped doing their work as we conversed. While all the workmen did a fantastic job (and ALL of them cleaned up after themselves beautifully every single day they were in our home), our biggest helper was Dan Gallo. His patience with our questions, his answers when he explained what he was doing, and the results of every bit of his work from teardown to completion, were nothing less than fabulous. Our kitchen did not turn out the way we originally planned it in our minds...and it is WAY better than we could ever have imagined! We highly recommend the Master Plan team and appreciate what they have done to make our kitchen an inviting place to be.

Master Plan Design both designed and installed my kitchen in my new home. The professional ideas of the design were perfect. My kitchen turned out to be one of the main focal points of my home and it is just beautiful.
