We are very happy with our new custom home built by Maves Construction. The entire process from beginning to end was great. Michael and Paul helped in making A LOT of decisions easy and painless. We consider the entire Maves Construction team good friends--how many people can say that about their builder! I don't think any project goes off without a hiccup or two, but the way those hiccups were handled is extremely important and we felt like they handled them well. Their finishes and attention to detail are beautiful. The vendors they source are easy to work with, friendly and have a large variety of materials and choices to choose from for a custom home. We have not had many problems with the home since moving in June 2015, however, when we have had an issue they've been responsive to take care of them. When looking for a builder for our home Maves was recommended & we were told "he'll build you a good home, not the cheapest, but a good home!" Our home is a ranch 3 bdrm, den, 2 bath, open kitchen/ great room floorplan. Greatroom with distressed wood beams in tray ceiling & mantel above fireplace gives our home the rustic flavor we wanted. Covered patio in back & front courtyard add the outdoor living space we were also looking for in a home.. Functional floorplan with adequate storage throughout. Maves willingly helped with plan changes to make this home what we wanted. Maves has a superb staff, was on schedule & hired reputable contractors who were all very easy to work with.

Maves is a very professional, high quality company that we enjoy doing business with. They will remain a long-term contractor in the valley because of their efficiency on projects.
