Greg has worked with us on three projects and did an outstanding job on all three. 1st project was one room on a residential project, second was a whole house gut down to the studs with an addition, and the 3rd a full commercial office build out. He and his team are professionals, extremely knowledgeable, value engineer in the field and are problem solvers, very responsive with communication - we had weekly meetings on site and he always returns emails, text, calls generally the same or next day. As a project manager they make my job easier.

Greg and his team turned my empty attic into a gorgeous living space. Custom cabinetry, skylights, tile work…everything turned into exactly what we wanted. Greg spent countless hours preparing and making every detail planned out before beginning the project. We now have a bedroom, sitting area, bar and full bath added on to our house that looks fluid and clean. As if it was always meant to be there. We are very happy with the outcome.

We hired MG Bros to build our transformative home addition and they did a stellar job! At the start, I could tell Greg and his team were extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented about every aspect of the home building process. I worked with a designer on his Luxahaus team to select all of the finishes on the project at the start of the project, which made the build process more efficient as we were able to order and store the finishes ahead of time. We purchased many of our finishes through Luxahaus including the triple pane European windows and doors, which were both high quality and reasonably priced. Greg and his team created a very detailed plan for the project and were on site frequently to ensure that the work was done well. Greg was also great with problem solving - any issue that came up, he was able to solve quickly. His team was also skilled with moving through the city permit process, coordinating details with the architect, and ensuring that we passed all city inspections. The end product was beautiful and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend hiring MG Bros!

As a licensed architect, I worked with MG Bros on a variety of projects, from small remodeling jobs to large new construction houses. The team in very professional, responds to emails quickly and resolves any issues that come up as unforeseen conditions right away. As an architect, I work directly for the homeowners and from discussions with my clients they are always happy when they work with MG Bros. Personally, I enjoy working with this team as they review the entire job before it starts, to avoid any surprises and delays during construction. We hired MG Brothers to complete a big remodel of our older home and we had the best experience! While this was a big project with a lot of detail and decisions to be made, Greg and his team were there from the start and every step of the way. Greg was present and available at the site throughout the project and ensured everything was done correctly and up to a high standard. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience finishing our basement with MG Bros. This was our very first home renovation project so we weren’t at all sure what to expect in terms of delays, surprises, etc., but the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Greg took the time upfront to understand our needs, offered thoughtful solutions to any problems that arose and was always available to answer any question we had. He was able to schedule his team efficiently and finished our project in just one month! Everyone he sent over to work on our project was professional and dedicated to making our basement perfect for our family. Greg and his amazing team turned my home renovation idea into a reality. They've completely transformed the appearance of the exterior of my house. They were very timely in obtaining the siding, trims, roofing shingles and all necessary materials needed for the project. Greg gave me a completion time which he met as promised. Even though the job is completed, Greg is still as attentive with picking up my phone calls to answer my questions as he was when we first met. We had an excellent experience doing a major kitchen renovation + first floor remodel with MG Bros. From the very beginning, Greg showed extreme attention to detail, providing a much more itemized and understandable quote than any other contractor. Julisa was extremely helpful in planning the layout of the kitchen cabinetry, and all the other small details that go into planning a kitchen to make it look great while also optimizing function. From start to finish, the communication on our project was excellent - we received continuous updates to the schedule, communication about any delays, and Greg quickly addressed any and all questions on our end. Every subcontractor exhibited professionalism, great attention to detail, and completed their portion of the project at a very high standard. Our project was complicated - we removed a load-bearing wall and had plumbing/HVAC/electrical/fire sprinkler system all in that wall. Greg coordinated with each subcontractor to get things moved quickly and efficiently. The installation of the kitchen went smoothly and we love our new space. We are extremely pleased with both the experience and the results, and will definitely use MG Bros for any future projects.

We had the pleasure of having MG Brothers Construction perform a reconstruction job on our enclosed back porch. Our Project Manager, Miro brought the blueprints to life within the timeframe agreed upon, used quality materials and worked very well with the Village inspector. His team provided superior workmanship including exceptional work ethics specifically during some horribly hot days. They are an amazing group of guys. The cost of the job was reasonable, especially considering the price of wood, windows, doors, etc. nowadays. We are 100% satisfied with the completed project and would hire them for further endeavors. Thank you so much!
