Mike, Lisa, Zane & Marissa were all a joy to work with. Very personable and detailed. We decided pretty quickly we were going to build and the team at TCD made sure everything was lined up for us. It never felt rushed on their end. One thing that amazed me was Mike gave us a schedule when we signed the contract and we stuck exactly to plan for each contractor who was coming in and when. Moved in the exact date he said we would 6 months earlier. Also Lisa helped us with each design step and without her we’d be lost. She gave us her advice and let us incorporate our style too. We appreciated her so much!

TCD builds the best house in the area, hands down. From the time you meet Mike and Lisa, you can tell how much they pay attention to every detail. There wasn’t one headache throughout the entire building process. It was on-time, actually a little ahead of schedule, and exactly what we discussed for price. There aren't any surprises, it is all laid out so I knew what to expect. This is my second house with TCD in past ten years. In between, I built a house in Brookfield with local contractors from there and it was the worst experience and very poor craftsmanship. I was so glad to be back in the area to have TCD build this house!

We have worked with Mike and Lisa on two homes, one a major remodel and a second that was a tear down and new build. I can’t speak highly enough about both experiences. Both projects were finished ahead of schedule and under our original budgets. The entire process was transparent and seamless. Mike, Lisa and the entire TCD Team are fully engaged, quick to respond and thorough in addressing anything. They give great design suggestions but always give the customer the flexibility to build to fit their own style. TCD works with top notch subs who do very high quality work. The follow-up after project completion is also outstanding. Brad was our lead contractor and he is urgent and thorough at all times. Working with TCD homes was an absolute pleasure. Mike and Lisa listened to our ideas and created a plan that was more than we could have hoped for. TCD Homes has blessed us with a dream come true! I cannot say enough about all of the people we have worked with in our home building experience. We were around to check out the progress of our home each and every day so we had the privilege of meeting all of the different people coming in and out which was nice! I can honestly say the TCD team made sure each and every detail was covered throughout the entire process. We met with Mike the 1st of the year and we had plans drawn up shortly after. He walked us through each room, what works and what doesn't work in a floor plan and thoroughly explained it. Lisa walked me through the process of different things to consider when picking out, plumbing, fixtures, flooring, you name it, she was my go to with everything design! Brad was and is still our go to for any questions we have which is really nice that he's always so responsive and helpful. The best part about the whole process was that if something did or didn't work with what our "plans" in our mind were, they didn't just say no, they explained why and what might be better! They wanted to make sure you're ideas, dreams, thoughts of what you wanted, came to life. I didn't have to go with a specific "theme" I just went by what I liked and what I wanted and they supported us with some advice if needed. When going to the Showcase of Homes both in Fall and Spring, I could definitely tell a difference in how "beefy" and all around well built the TCD Homes were. We can honestly say that we had the best home building experience hands down and it's because of the thought and organization that goes into each and every project they do! I also want to give a shout out to all the companies and teams that worked on the ins and outs of our home. They were awesome. TCD is very picky on who they contract for projects and I could tell because everything went so smooth. My husband and I still can't believe our home is as beautiful as it is! Our home is nothing like I imagined it would be, it's so much better.
