Cumberstone Craftsmen was founded in 2009 by Mark Madary and Brice Colhoun, merging their vast experience in their respective practices of construction management, estimating, project management, carpentry and management of other building trades. With established reputations for the highest standards, reliability, and quality projects, and we hold our trusted subcontractors to the same high standards. Cumbertone Craftsmen has a growing list residential and commercial clients and building projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. We work closely with your architect or interior designer to produce finely built and finished results in renovation, historic restoration, or ground-up new construction. At Cumberstone Craftsmen, we take pride in the details, and that’s why “craftsmen” is in our name. It’s about taking craftsmanship to its highest levels, producing custom millwork and architectural details for historic buildings like the Annapolis State House or the historic warehouse at Camden Yards. And, we bring that level of experience, care and attention to detail to any project, whether it’s a new kitchen, a small addition, or a new custom home.
