They are very knowledgeable about construction and have great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. We met consistently throughout the remodeling process. I always felt well-informed. They promptly responded to my questions/concerns. They provided valuable guidance with the endless decisions required during the process. They accurately advised me on what I should save/spend my money on. They provided some excellent ideas I never would have thought of, but now can't imagine my home without. They skillfully managed the project from start to finish. They were diligent in their efforts to preempt any design issues that may slow progress and were quick to offer creative and effective options. They helped me stay within my budget and were great at recommending reasonably priced alternatives. They completed the project on time and on budget. I highly recommend Montebella Homes. I purchased a remodeled home from Montebella Homes in 2013. Everything in the house was built with great attention to detail but with an eye toward keeping the budget under control without compromising quality and design. It was a spec home unlike any of the others I'd seen. Since moving in, I can't count the number of times I've seen people stop in front of my house and take pictures––clearly looking for inspiration for their own projects! The final test for Montebella homes was the follow through during the warranty period. Happily, because Montebella did such a great job, the things that came up over the course of the first year were all relatively minor and Cynthia and Kimbel––The owners of Montebella Homes––were gracious, easy to deal with and best of all, fast at addressing the punch list items thoroughly. As I got know Cynthia and Kimbel, I realized, they loved the house as much as I did. It was truly a labor of love for them, not just another flip-job spec house. In a world of corner-cutting and bad customer service, Montebella Homes stands as a rare exception.

I have been working with Montebella Homes since 2010 and they are wonderful to work with. They are excellent at building well designed houses. Their attention to detail, high quality craftmanship, thoughtfulness, clean lines, collaboration on design, and clear focus on a project all contribute to a beautiful house.
