Extensive Remodel/Addition of 1970s single story ranch on an 85x130 lot. Original structure of 2124 square feet was reconfigured and the roof over the entry, living room and kitchen was removed and raised to 10'. A new entry was framed with a flat roof and new contemporary front door system. An additional 600 +/- square feet were added to include a new master bathroom and a game room.
Existing electrical (wiring & fixtures), plumbing (in walls) and all fixtures, sheetrock, insulation, fireplace, flooring, shingles, trim, cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, HVAC were removed.
New items installed: insulation plus sound-proofing bat insulation in interior walls, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing (in walls), hot water heater, HVAC (system and duckwork), fireplace, doors (exterior/interior), windows, cabinets, backsplashes, tile, trim, electrical fixtures (interior & exterior), plumbing fixtures (toilets/tubs/sinks/faucets), countertops, appliances, carpet, hardwoods, roofing shingles, and gutters.
Also added were: Front steps, planter, single car carport with gravel drive and a sprinkler system.
