6-8 week guaranteed project took over 6 month. We had to take over the project and work directly with subs to get anything done. Do not waste your time and mental health.

We would recommend NOT going with Mosquito Creek. We signed a contract to have some work done on our bathrooms in mid-November 2016; it is now April 30, 2017 and the work has not been completed. If managed properly, the scope of completion should have been about 4 days running. Customer service has been abysmal with numerous e-mails and phone calls not responded to in a timely fashion, or simply ignored altogether. We have chosen to finish the last details ourselves. While the work that was done by MUCH prodding is satisfactory, the stress of trying to complete the project is simply no longer worth it. Very disappointing ...

Small bathroom remodel for our mother in law. Absolutely abysmal customer service and workmanship. Completely unresponsive to our repeated calls, texts, even a certified letter outlining issues. Did not adhere to contract schedules, planning or delivery of material. Impossible to communicate with; over promised and under delivered on all aspects of remodel. A 2 week reno took well over 8 weeks and we are completely dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship of the final product. If your money, time and finished product are important to you, definitely DO NOT recommend. (Edited to indicate this company changed hands sometime during 2016)

Mosquito Creek did a great job on our basement renovation. The design team was fun to work with and was able to capture my ideas. They were easy to get a hold of, accurate in pricing and quotes, professional, clean, and a great company.

Our project involved the total re-building of our existing home which included the addition of a second story. We demoed down to studs, floor boards and removed most of the existing roof. New electric, plumbing, walls, floors, windows, roof, kitchen, bathrooms and landscaping. This was not our first "re-model", however it was the most extensive project we had ever undertaken. It was the best managed and executed re-model we had yet experienced. From start to finish, planning to completion, Mosquito Creek was fantastic to work with. Every contractor brought onto the project was top notch. Their work was excellent and completed within the quoted time lines. We felt like our "friends" were coming to our house every day. We and our home and property were treated with total respect. We highly recommend Mosquito Creek Home Renovations for their project management ability, planning and execution skills, products and materials knowledge, their high work ethic, their desire to please and accommodate, and above all, their commitment to excellence. Mosquito Creek was the general contractor who remodeled our 10x16 foot Four Seasons room. They completely gutted it down to the framing, installed three exterior doors, had it rewired and replaced the insulation. Installed new plaster board, plaster and painted all walls with two coats of paint. Installed window and door trim that we pre-stained and pre-varnished ourselves. We were very satisfied with the ongoing communication on the progress of the project. There were no surprises that could be attributed to the contactor or his subcontractors.
