I have had the pleasure of working with Paul Zarubin and Mt. Lincoln Construction for many years. We have collaborated on a wide variety of high-quality single-family residential projects. Our office has found the entire Mt. Lincoln crew to earn high marks in every category that matters to our mutual clients. They are professional, responsive to schedule and conscious of the budget. I recommend Mt. Lincoln without hesitation.

Mt. Lincoln Construction does amazing quality work! They are incredibly detail oriented and listen to their client! If you want top quality work, weather it's a newly constructed house, a difficult remodel, a restoration or any unique situation on a building project, you should call these guys. They have been building in Tahoe for over 35 years and know how to build in the mountains. They have great working relationships with all of their sub contractors, use high quality products and have great customer service. When they give you a bid on a project you know they won't be adding in more unforeseen items later on into the project like many contractors do. All of their employees are licensed and insured so you don't have any exposure. Many other contractors don't do this either. If you want the best, use Mt. Lincoln Construction!

We had major damage from a water leak in the kitchen. After interviewing several contractors, we hired Mt. Lincoln mainly due to the attention president Paul Zarubin gave us. His team of subs were very professional and on the job when promised. Paul managed the entire project and was on site to direct all activities. Job was completed ahead of schedule, and his attention to detail was beyond our expectations. He was there to meet with the insurance adjuster and provide needed expertise to insure full coverage of damage and the completion of the project. We hired the best company, but even better, we made new friends with the Mt. Lincoln Const. team.

Mt. Lincoln did a great job building our house on the Donner Summit. Great staff and easy to work with....felt confident having them manage our project as well as we were not there full-time. There attention to detail and building a house to meet the snow conditions of the Summit were excellent.

Paul and his crew have attention to detail, are problem solvers, and were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the finish work in our home is excellent.

I have worked with Mt. Lincoln Construction for about 20 years. They have consistently provided the highest quality work with respect for my budget and desired timeline. They are honest, hard working, responsive and dependable. They can fix simple things and also build beautiful homes. I have also learned that they will give good advice and work very hard to make me happy. Combined, they have sone more that $100,000 of work on my house and I plan to use them again on my next project.

Highly recommended! My husband and I could not be more pleased with Mt. Lincoln Construction and the new home that we purchased upon its completion. The quality of the construction and the materials used including flooring, wood, granite, decorative tile, were top quality and were artistically and tastefully designed. They provided a warranty and, although the times we called them were few and for minor issues, (i.g. a broken tile, a fogged window), their response was prompt and the issue was resolved quickly. Based upon our favorable experience, we returned to Mt. Lincoln when we decided to add another deck to the back of the house, and again, their work was outstanding. I have used Mt. Lincoln for 2 projects. Project # 1-- I remodeled a home on Donner Lake several years ago. Originally I was using a different contractor. That contractor almost destroyed my home. Paul would drive by the house and would see the problems as they were occurring. He finally stopped and asked if he could help. I hired Mt. Lincoln as a result and was very impressed with his concern for the financial costs and the quality of the project. The project included multiple bathrooms, kitchen, expansion of garage, room addition above garage, residing, reroofing, along with other repairs. I could not have been happier with the budget, quality and time of completion. Project # 2- A couple years after project #1, I was ready to build our retirement home. I asked Mt. Lincoln along with others to bid on the project. Mt. Lincoln was not the lowest bid but was in the ball park and based upon the prior experience I selected Mt. Lincoln. The project was building a new home of about 7,000 sq. ft. with a very complex roof line and many amenities. Throughout the two year project we were constantly informed about change orders, costs for those changes, and the completion schedule. Mt. Lincoln was always more concerned about the cost of changes than I was. Mt. Lincoln has continued to contact me about 3 to 4 times a year to see if we have any problems that need to be resolved. If I do then they are out to address them in a timely manner. This service has continued over the last 5 years. I have never met another contractor that has been so concerned about their quality and service long after their completion. I highly recommend Mt. Lincoln to anyone needing a construction company. I am very proud of my home and those that built it. I am sure Mt. Lincoln would be happy to share pictures of my projects with you.
