I cannot recommend mend OPB enough! Their team was crucial in helping me design my kitchen cabinets. They came in three weeks and beat out Lowe's by $2,000. I cannot say enough good things!

OPB renovated an entire floor of our house and we love it!!! They were efficient, professional, and wonderful! It has truly changed our quality of life!

•Ohio Property Brothers (OPB), were never on time; (hours late or no show). •The work was originally estimated as a 3 day project by OPB; however, it took 6 months to ‘complete’. •When the job was originally quoted, I was not told all the right materials, and was only told later during installation that additional materials were needed. •OPB did not ensure the concrete sub-floor was level before installation. •After the first installation attempt, there was an un-level/bowed area I wanted inspected. OPB refused to inspect the bowed area, at no cost to me, until I called Installation Made Easy, who I contracted them through. •After OPB agreed to the inspection at no cost, it was discovered that they had left a shim under the floor, causing the bow. Since half of the flooring had to be removed to fix the mistake, many boards were damaged in the process, setting up a third ‘installation fix’. •During the third ‘installation fix’ two boards were not cut properly, leaving quarter to half-inch gaps from the wall, revealing the subfloor beneath. •After being unable to install the floor properly in three different instances, (without causing more issues), they refused to return. •Their unprofessionalism in both quality of work and customer service persuaded me to write this review, to forewarn potential customers.

I hired Ohio Property Brothers LLC to install a tile backsplash for my kitchen. The backsplash turned out beautifully! I also appreciated Brian's willingness to work with my schedule. The project took 1 and a half days and I was able to request the day that worked best for my schedule. I appreciated their professionalism and quality work.

Installation of flooring, baseboard, door and window casing. 665 square feet of flooring and it's absolutely gorgeous!! Great install, timely, professional and easy to work with!

Ohio Property Brothers is a great company. They turned my dream kitchen into a reality! Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Brian and the guys at OPB saved me time and money while answering all my questions and helping me design an incredible kitchen. Brian sent me renderings of my cabinets and helped me pick out the right marble for the countertops. They were more than capable with all the unexpected challenges of my 150 year old home in German Village. THESE GUYS ROCK!

We had laminate flooring installed in our family room to make our entire first floor laminate. The Estimate/Consult was helpful and we were given accurate information and told what to expect for the job to be done. The day of the Installation was the best home improvement I have ever had, the work was done quickly, in an organized way and all the trash and my old carpet was removed and my house and garage was clean. I would definitely use Ohio Property Brothers again for work in my home.
