Asked for a 500q foot addition which included a den, laundry room, main bathroom, walk in closet. They added a new door from the old main bathroom to the new den and walled up the old entrance from the old main bedroom. They also added a small deck for egress to the backyard. I'm a very picky person but I thought they did a fabulous job. Everything came out perfect. I was there for the whole job and their workers know their craft extremely well. I was a little leery at first because of their name(Only Kitchens and Baths) but they assured us they do additions and showe us pics of some of their additions. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the new addition. Also the quote they offered was the best price over all other companies-some by 100K! Great job.
