We were introduced to On Point Custom Homes three and a half years ago when we were considering the option of building our next home. After seeing some of their Spec Homes for sale and meeting the president of OPCH, we decided to work with On Point to design/build our (forever) home. Everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely interested in making sure their customers are happy with the outcome. The conversations were informative and collaborative - we had some ideas, but they have the experience and successful track record to help us make the best decisions. IF we decide to build again, we'll be calling On Point to partner with!

In a recent visit to Houston, we were able to tour a few of their homes. I have a friend in the area and when they build a home they will definitely use OnPoint. The homes were well designed with solid attention to detail. All of the homes were clean and well appointed. John and Earl have a great team and work hard to make their clients happy.

They build a quality home. They also develop a very creative and functional custom floor plan, As with any construction project, there were a few minor items that needed to be corrected after final inspection. These were all taken care of promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend one of their houses to any potential buyer.

Every person went above and beyond in executing our vision, and our experience far surpassed our expectations. The team is extremely knowledgeable, providing great insight and guiding you every step of the way. John and his team over at On Point Custom Homes are top notch professionals. They made customizing our home a breeze. We invisioned several things the company had not done before. They not only brought our ideas to fruition, they did so eagerly and proficiently. After closing, they have continued to work closely with us on a few minor loose ends. Robert, Tiffany, John and Leah were not only professional and available, we consider them friends now. Who can say that about a builder? Thank you On Point. We are so happy with our home.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting the On Point team as they built a beautiful home for a parent. We watched their diligence, honesty, and handwork throughout the entire process, and knew we wanted to work with them when we had the chance. We jumped on the opportunity to build a contemporary patio home when a lot became available. The quality and timeliness of the project was excellent, but even more importantly in a process like this, the On Point team was easy and fun to work with. We're anxious to repeat the process with them to build a family home when the time is right.

In 2007, I was getting a divorce and needing to move into a different home. I came across an OnPoint home being ready to be built thru MLS and my realtor. I drove over to see it and knew it was just perfect for me. My realtor and I met with the builders two days later, and I went under contract. The whole process, from that first meeting through move-in, was 100% positive. From design, through construction, to having to delay closing three times due to bad divorce proceedings, John, Earl and OnPoint stuck by me and supported me unconditionally. They warranty their work, they have amazing sub-contractors, honor their promises and keep their word. I would build with them again in a heartbeat. They have now built homes not only for my son and many of his friends, but some of mine too. You will not be disappointed. The word "integrity" comes to mind, and I'm proud to be a reference.

They were very professional during design phase. We expected challenges (all big projects have them) but On Point was more than fair and we reached a solution in each case. This is not the norm in the industry. They made time for all of our concerns and worked well w/ our 3rd party inspector, even welcoming the new set of eyes. Good follow up after sale and we continue to rely on them for answers to home questions, referrals for various work, and more.

We had moved into our brand new house from on point homes builders. and I have ever seen the most terrible finishes on paint, sheet rock, electrical, and the time they had take to solve the problems, is been forever. don't get me wrong the designs of the house are great !the finish products I cant get no satisfaction ! I would no recommend this builders

Onpoint Custom Homes is in the process of building a house for us. While the process of building a house can be quite stressful, Onpoint works to reduce that level of stress. The process has gone very smoothly. They provide world class services from design to layout to fixtures. I have been very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone building a new home.

We chose OnPoint after visiting several of their homes and finding their modern aesthetic, attention to detail, and overall finishes aligned with our style. We had a very strong, detailed vision of our "dream home" and OnPoint connected us to an architect to make that vision a reality. Throughout the build process the project manager was flexible and responsive.
