I had a contract with Urban Group Contractors to do a new apartment in Prive Condominium in Aventura , FL. I had the best experience. Their easy way of working, the very high quality of the finishes is exceptional. Could not be happier with the result. No one in the condominium has such a fine and elegant apartment that they did for me. Really beautiful and perfect in the details. They were on top of the construction, never had a problem with their prices or with their team . I am really thankful for their hard and pristine work. I do recomend them very highly. If I buy another property, I will certainly will do it only with them.

We hired Samuel Fleisher and the Urban Group in March 2017 to rescue us from a two and a half year nightmare at the hands of one of South Florida’s many incompetent and unscrupulous so called contractors. Samuel found a project which needed an indeterminate amount of remediation before he even could begin the daunting job of finishing the project to the five star level we expected. Samuel, a trained engineer, objectively assessed the state of the project and provided us with a realistic project plan and estimate, which would allow him to provide us with the home that would meet our high expectations. While there were some unexpected land mines left by the prior builder, and some other surprises along the way, Samuel and his partner, Mariano Isman (a trained architect) tackled each challenge with professionalism and provided creative and practical solutions to keep the job moving forward. Urban has an excellent in house staff of skilled craftsmen, and a team of loyal and responsive subcontractors, all of whom provided a finished product at the highest level. My wife and I were demanding clients, having been conditioned by our previous horrifying experience. But, in the end Samuel and Mariano provided us with the high end dream house we originally conceived, and our original nightmare has become to become a fuzzy memory. And best all, we now feel that we can count both Samuel and Mariano among our friends and know they will continue to stand by their work. We recommend Samuel, Mariano, and The Urban Group without qualification.

We worked with Urban Group 2014 through 2019 on a complete remodel/restoration of a mid-century modern home in Miami Beach. They have always been professional, communicative and great to work with. For this project we vetted over 15 firms and had 7 of them bid on our project. Urban Group was in the final two and worked with us to review all of the details on their bid. We had a rather challenging project between permit complications and multiple delays which caused our team to have to juggle quite a bit. They met the challenge well and did their best to complete the job as soon as possible. When we ran into problems, which you always will on projects of this size they tackled them head-on, were helpful, understanding and completely professional about resolving them. We continued to work with them after the project was completed on other projects and their professionalism and expertise have always been greatly appreciated. I'm happy to recommend them to a friend, family member or stranger.
