We had an offer on day one, and then the following week had two more, for our asking price. Definitely would not of had the success without her staging. We knew we needed a quick sale. We couldn't risk a price reduction in this market. We had already purchased another Home. I kept saying to myself "if I had 2 more weeks I could just do it myself" but who am I kidding, I was already burnt out. Pam has an eye for design. It's not just about decluttering your home. I could have followed all of her suggestions but it still wouldn't have looked near as good as this. She took our house to a level I never could have imagined. We were sold 6 days with 3 offers.

Pam was awesome! I had a couple of narrow rooms and was having trouble setting up my furniture. She came to my house and rearranged the things I had and it made such a difference. We discussed that the rooms could use a couple of extra things to pull it all together. I work full time and hate to shop so I gave Pam a budget to do that for me.
