After purchasing a home that had a wonderful location but was architecturally and stylistically challenged, we made the decision to do a complete redesign and renovation. Having seen other homes where Isabelle was the lead, there was no question that she was the professional we hoped could work the magic. And she did. Isabelle became the final say on every detail that ranged from big picture items such as new floor plans right on down to the minutia of special and gorgeous hardware for the kitchen. She brought a multitude of experiences, a sense of design that effortlessly ranged from classic to contemporary and through her vast resources transformed what was very ordinary into a truly exceptional home. Isabelle worked beautifully with our construction team and as her client, I couldn’t be more pleased with her work ethic and style. She is the best.

I heard about Isabelle's design expertise for many years from friends. I contracted Isabelle to update my family room. Her reputation is well deserved. Not only did she create a beautiful living area but a comfortable one as well. Isabelle assisted us in choosing both the exterior and interior paints for our house. Her team did an extraordinary job in painting both. Additionally, her electronics team installed our two large screen televisions and upgraded our WIFI system. All of this was done during COVID. Because of COVID, most of the furniture pieces that we had selected were delayed until after the New Year. However, It was with Isabelle's persistence that our furniture arrived two days before our daughter's wedding. Isabelle continues to provide us with excellent service as we update our home.

If I could give ten stars, I would. Isabelle immediately understood my design sensibility, and helped me expand it; stayed within my budget; and produced a result that is beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with the results.

Working with European Design and Trading has been a pleasure. Isabelle is a consummate professional, responsive, delightful and most importantly creative. She has a tremendous knowledge of all aspects of design and a vast variety of contacts. We had a family medical emergency this year and weren’t able to be present as often as we needed to be, Isabelle and her assistant, Luci, jumped in time after time to meet contractors so that our project stayed on schedule. Our home has been completely transformed and is stunning!

Isabelle is a consummate professional. She is incredibly knowledgable and up to date while also listening to you at the same time. I feel that is MY privilege to have worked with her. I am extremely happy with my renovation and would use her again and again.

It was my lucky day when I met Isabelle miller. I was new to the area and was lucky enough to be asked to a new friends dinner party where I admired her home and it's decor . She gave me Isabelle's name and I popped into her office the very next day. Since then it has been a wonderful experience working with her and her sidekick Lucie. She has such a good eye for detail and what would work well in my home but as the same time very open to my ideas and desires. She went above and beyond in getting things done in a timely manner. I would be very comfortable in recommending her to anyone. It was a very lucky day fo me.

I worked with Isabelle Formige Miller on the Bungalow to Cottage project . We identified an old fashioned ,tired ,bungalow sitting in an acre of its own open garden in Wiltshire ,England . Isabelle drew up a design which she costed and I approved ,and employed a local builder with who she totally re organised the space to make a lovely open plan kitchen /dining /living room space with French Windows opening onto a stunning patio ,making the most of the light and charm of the situation . We gained an extra bedroom and bathroom ,and dedicated utility room ,and office /bedroom . She has a wonderful eye ,and sourced simple but stylish units and furniture enabling us to keep to the budget for the project . I left her to handle all the problems and permits ,and sold the property for a profit at the end ,so I was a satisfied customer ! Patsy Seddon

Watching the transformation that occurred on this project, working with Isabelle, Lucie and team, has truly made this an impressive renovation. Working with a great set of drawings set the back drop for Isabelle to display her vision. No project goes without it's opportunities, and it is how you react that makes the difference. Creativity does not always work with in a time line, but we had one that was important to our customer. Keeping the project on course was a team commitment that Isabelle helped achieve by resolving critical path decorating solutions as needed. It was also a pleasure to work for a proactive customer that approved selections in a timely manner, keeping our constructive wheels turning. Completing this 5000 SF Demo and Build back included: Revised Framing, New Electrical, Plumbing, A/C, Impact Windows & Doors, Wood Floors, Tile Floors, Showers, Back Splashes, Cabinets, Granite & Marble Finishes, Custom Granite, Zinc & Wood Tops, Custom Poplar Trim Package, Poplar Doors & Hardware upgrade, Appliances, Storage Solutions, and Professional Painting that was 2nd to none. All dressed with just the right Wall Coverings installed by Mona. All elements flowing with the decor Isabelle envisioned. Truly a successful project.

She was our designer on a complete condo renovation. From the beginning working with the architect, general contractor and general supervision while we were away we found her professional, helpful with ideas that reflected what we wanted in our new design.

I moved to a gated community in Florida several years ago. My first experience with Isabelle's design work was walking into a home with a realtor which was on the market furnished. It was the most beautiful, magical interior I had ever experienced. I was more interested in the designer's name than the property. Every detail was perfection and I had never before seen a house that I wanted to move in immediately. When I did purchase a home, Isabelle was the one I called. She choose materials for me that made my small home spectacular. Not only is she talented, you will not find a nicer person to work with. I always felt good about the decisions we made together, because she would always be honest answering my questions. I look forward to working with her again.
