We're very happy with our finished pool and deck project - it came out even better than we anticipated. Patrick and his team were great to work with as we refined our design ideas and then went thru the construction and startup process, and were responsive to questions and concerns throughout. Pricing was competitive, especially in light of the quality and cooperation.

We just completed last year installation of a new 26,000 gallon 20X40 foot saltwater pool and spa with a waterfall and beautiful travertine hardscape. I wanted to write a review (which I usually don't) because as most know putting in a pool can be challenging and many have more than one person they know with pool construction horror stories. Our project was large and in conjunction with an overall new build with a custom home. Patrick had to coordinate with our home builder and architect and had to jump in near the last portion of a two year project. Patrick is amazing and has become a trusted friend due to his honesty and transparency in the pool design and build process. Patrick is fairly mild making him easy to talk with and he is responsive to anything you bring up. He is not afraid to listen and digest your vision and then help guide you in the areas which may save you later frustration on pool upkeep and maintenance as well as cost. Cost, while not the cheapest, was explained and transparent and the project brought in on budget. Due to unrelated issues with our landscape architect we got rid of thankfully, Patrick stepped right into the role and helped design and build the pool concept we were thinking. The pool was a different shape then I first envisioned and a bit more expensive then first planned but a year later I can honesty attest that the changes and cost upgrades were well worth it. Cost savings which were estimated on heating and the other physical changes which jive more with how my family uses the pool were spot on. We would have never done some of those things on our own without Patrick's guidance and that of his team. Lastly, as one of the best endorsements for you to select Patrick and the Pool Company Construction is to honestly tell you that the whole project did not go off perfectly . . . as projects this size seldom do anyway. We had a major issue after Patrick had finished the pool and turned it over a few months later to the warranty folks. The propane heater for the spa from Pentair was not working as planned and it took a lot of diagnosing to figure out why. I must admit out of frustration I bypassed the pool store and warranty folks and called Patrick direct on his cell phone even though he had finished and I had issued final payment months before. He made one of what would become many special trips out to the house to help solve the problem. While this sounds like good customer service, which it was, you need to understand that it was the heater that was the problem and not the install . . . so in a nut shell not Patrick's problem. He stayed with us through the problem and as frustration was mounting as the issue dragged out a couple of months from one manufacturer suggested fix after another . . . Patrick went to bat for us and demanded that Pentair stand by their product and replace the whole unit. To the credit of Pentair they did (which they had tried everything to not replace the unit) and to the credit of Patrick they never would have if he did not get involved from a professional standpoint. So while you consider other options out there in our area that are little cheaper I want you to know that I had the same thought process but friends of mine used Patrick and the Pool Company Construction for their pools and told me they picked them mostly for their over-engineering and standing by their product. I was glad I did as well and you can not go wrong with Patrick and his team at the Pool Company Construction --- I give them my highest recommendation.

Patrick from the Pool Company is an honest and straightforward guy who follows thru with he says he is going to do. Definitely hard to find accountable people like Patrick in the pool business. Highly recommend..

Patrick built a phenomenal pool for my family. Not just a pool but a venue complete with a hot tub, fire pit and gorgeous outdoor (Travertine) living space. The attention to detail and quality of construction is unparallelled. Memories will be made here thanks to Patrick and his team!

Excellent workmanship. Built our pool to exact specifications. Supported diagnosis of a frustrating scaling issue - for an extended time, but in the end provided good service and problem resolved. Pools are expensive and you have to accept a considerable degree of risk since there are no do overs - but I think your risk is in good hands here.

I strongly recommend doing business with The Pool Company. During all phases of our project, from inception through completion, they were very responsive, easy to work with and they did a thoroughly outstanding job. Patrick is NOT a Red Sox fan, so they did leave room for improvement; however, I would hire this company in a second for any future work. On our project we needed the coping stones reset (which they did expertly - not one broken coping stone), all tiles removed and replaced (again, just a terrific job) and the pool replastered. My wife and I could not be happier with the outcome. The first photo is from April 10, 2017 when the coping stones were reset and the tiles replaced. The second photo is from April 13, 2017 when a bonding agent was applied to the old plaster surface. The third photo is from April 15, 2017 when the pool was replastered and we began a hose-fill of the pool. We also purchased a 5,000-gallon load of water to give the refilling a good head start. As I write this, (April 16, 2017, 7:00 PM), the pool is just a few hours away from being filled.

We hired The Pool Company Construction to come in and correct and complete another pool company's terrible work. We have been thrilled with the work that Patrick and his company have done, and have already recommended his company to many of our friends. First Class!!

After explaining to them that several of our pool tiles had fallen off, the Pool Co. technicians inspected the pool and determined that moisture had leaked behind the coping stone and undermined the pool surface, causing tiles to loosen. Once it became clear that this problem couldn't simply be patched here and there, we decided to have all tiles replaced and new caulking done around the pool. The crew that did the work was very efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

Patrick was a pleasure to work with! He was efficient, professional, funny, and creative. He was able to take our vision and design a pool that exceeded all of our expectations! Our budget was very realistic, so we had no problem staying within it. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and are grateful it was done in time to enjoy the rest of the summer!
