Some sound advice; I had my pool built here in Virginia Beach in 2005 and did business with that same company for many years until they decided to close up shop. I have used several services since that time but have never been satisfied; it was either shoddy workmanship, poor customer support, and in one case, the company was so unprofessional and rude that I terminated my dealings with them on the spot. I started my search from scratch for a new pool service company and fortunately found Patriot Pools of Virginia. Jamie and Aaron have been a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for company that cares about its customer base, is punctual, does the job right the first time and has more than reasonable rates……………..look no further, “Patriot Pools of Virginia” is the company you want to do business with. I have used them on more than one occasion and they are consistently superior to their competitors.

Patriot Pools of Virginia is number one in my book. They are very professional but down to earth people. When they tell you something you can take it to the bank. They are not like any other pool company I have dealt with. They aren't out to sell you something you don't need and don't blow any smoke like most other pool companies do I have dealt with. Patriot Pools of Virginia, LLC built an amazing pool and spa in our backyard. Jamie and Aaron were extremely professional and supportive throughout the process and remain available to walk us through our questions long after the completion of the project. They showed extreme patience as we worked through our various suggestions and always provided us with an honest opinion of their thoughts from their professional experiences. They were able to deal with the grading issues of our property and provided suggestions on the best way to deal with them. We strongly recommend them with the highest regard to anyone thinking of putting in a pool or spa to enhance their backyard.

They were very professional yet friendly. They returned my call quickly and came out the next day to see what was needed. They removed the old liner, regraded the bottom, inspected the sides for any future problems and installed the new liner in a day and a half. It's 2 years now and it is still perfect. The price was very competitive and the service was outstanding.
