From 2001 – 2012 Mr. Fried secured over 100 properties in the New York area, all at foreclosure. It should be noted that the vast majority of these properties were secured “sight unseen” where Mr. Fried’s extensive due diligence and market understanding were the only guiding metrics behind acquisition. Leveraging his years of successes in the Manhattan markets, Mr. Fried focused his sights on the east end of Long Island.
