“TRP Construction did a remarkable job on our kitchen. We had a very challenging space to work with that limited the enjoyment of our home. The team created a kitchen for us that has changed the feel of our home entirely! The project was completed faster than I had anticipated and with remarkable consideration of how a kitchen remodel effects a family. “I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work. Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. I absolutely recommend Diversified.”

“Foster Architecture does beautiful and well-conceived work. His approach to problem solving is both professional and calm. My project was a renovation of a 1970’s builder’s contemporary that was visually disorganized inside and out. Foster re-organized and balanced the spaces, completely transforming the interior and exterior with small aesthetic changes throughout, while integrating the building into the surrounding land, giving the house an up-to-date 21st Century look and quality. Foster’s knowledge of the aesthetic use of materials is comprehensive and creative. I highly recommend his work and look forward to working with him again in the future.”

As my apartment was a gut renovation, there were hundreds of decisions to be made and Brooke was there for all of them. I was able to be as involved or as hands off as my schedule allowed. The various technologies she uses really helped me to vet through many design options and understand what the final product would look like. At the end of each work day, the contractor cleaned up all the debris and tools making it very easy to tolerate the construction phase.”

“I have worked with Debra Geller both for my own home and on multiple multi-family buildings my family operates. She decorated our home, she helped design a 3,000 s/f furnished basement build out, she helped rebuild 4 building lobbies after Superstorm Sandy. She is professional, responsive, and has an attention to detail that eliminates problems before they arise. Her ability to identify a customer’s tastes, illustrate it in a way they can imagine it, they execute all while coming in on budget and on time is second to none. Can’t recommend her services enough.”
