Alex and his crew were FANTASTIC! Alex was extremely accommodating with my requirements, was quick to get back to me whenever I either had a question or yet another change to the design. Alex was professional, attentive to details and made very good design suggestions. His crew arrived on time on installation day, their professionalism and expertise made this experience a breeze. Everything is perfect and the walk-in pantry looks amazing. I recommend STOR-X without hesitation and will definitely hire them for any similar future projects.

This is an excellent company to deal with. Right from the beginning and throughout the whole process, Alex and his team demonstrated professionalism, timeliness and respect. My husband and I were especially impressed by how easy it was to decide, choose and tweak our design online! Designer Frosina did an excellent job designing and presenting our walk-in closet online with a 3D presentation during a zoom meeting (given the covid circumstances). We were even able to change and tweak our design while in the meeting in real-time :) The installation went smoothly and cleanly. The product itself is of high quality and diverse with lots of options to choose from (including cool lighting options). The after installation care was excellent as well. Every step of the process was clear to us, including different payment options. And even though we initially thought it was on the pricey side, we quickly realised that it was well worth it.

We had a media cabinetry project outstanding for about 4 years in our house. We had it quoted multiple times but we never felt quite right with process, or the quote or the sales team who visited. We called Stor-x expecting more of the same and we were very pleasantly surprised. The process was so professional! Alex showed up on time, masked and conscientious. He took some precision measurements and promised to contact us within 48 hours with a design vision. He gave us a ballpark expectation to chew on while we waited. It took him 72 hours to get back to us but when he did again we were very happy with his vision. He presented it digitally in 3d via a conference call and he tweaked and massaged the design for us while we talked. It looked perfect. While he did say it was a 5 week window to build and install, it ended up being 8 weeks. The installation team was quick and professional and despite a small setback early on they got it done in one day and WOW are we ever happy. Stor-X did an amazing job, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a similar project.

excellent job from start to finish - design team took a very small space and created a wonderful looking, functional custom closet for both the master and guest bedrooms. installation was a breeze - clean and professional throughout!
