Our experience with LandMark from start to finish was excellent! The entire team was professional, courteous and worked together to ensure that our project would go smoothly and provide the best result possible. We replaced 14 windows and throughout the process from sales, installation and followup LandMark has been there for us. We have worked with LandMark previously and will continue to do so in the future as needed. I highly recommend them for any upcoming project you may have.

This is going to be a long review because there are so many things about our project that were outstanding. Project overview Roof (shingles), siding (wide-plank Hardie board), front door (Marvin), front porch (Trex), porch roof (metal) new outdoor electrical, and a reconfigured front walkway (existing pavers) and bluestone front step. Results overview Gorgeous, painless, stress-free, one-stop shop, personal and responsive service, dependable, trustworthy, worth every penny The details Our house is over 40 years old and after living in it for 25 years, the outside needed an overhaul. Our first and only stop was at LandMark because they have a reputation for excellence. John was our main contact and from day one, he made it his mission to learn what we wanted. He gave us a digestible amount of options based on what we liked. Even as people who have strong opinions on design, we found it easy to trust John and his team to take the lead on the details. We worked with their architect for the porch design, and LandMark's top-notch siding teams, roofers, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, gutter installers and front-door workers brought our vision to life. Each inspection by the village went off without a hitch. Ishmael, the siding lead, and his right hand, Martin (and others), meticulously removed our old siding and replaced rotten boards (there were a lot!). Ishmael said "I work like this is my own home and how I'd want the work done," and it showed. That team was there every day, on time, and left the project clean at the end of each day. The detail work on the porch supports and around the windows kicked everything up a notch. The roofers replaced 30 rotted boards and vented everything properly and it actually made the house smell less musty. Chris, the carpenter, and his assistant built the porch structure and no doubt it will be standing long after we aren't! Low-maintenance Trex creates a casually-elegant welcome to our home. They also installed a cable system for railings. It gives a sense of spacial privacy without obstructing our views. Since we raised the porch, the outdoor water spigot needed to be relocated, which LandMark's plumbing contractor did with ease. Their electrician flawlessly installed lighting and fans on the porch ceiling and added extra outlets outside (which we'd highly recommend doing). We chose metal for the porch roof and it is a sharp design element that subtly calls attention to the porch, and we went with clean white gutters throughout. Last was the reconfiguration of our brick walkway and installation of a blue stone step to better match our home's new, more modern vibe. We've had a lot of people stop and compliment us on how the project turned out. Even with so many changes, we agree with the many people who've said "it looks like the porch has always been there." If you want to do a project and not fret over every step, every detail, then you should go with LandMark. Your time, sanity, and home are worth it.

Our project entailed the replacement of ten first floor window with Marvin’s top tier double hung windows. The installation required replacement of the exterior Hardie Board trim around the windows which as a dealer therefore LandMark was very well suited and capable of performing. Our overall experience with Landmark was that they provided us with excellent, comprehensive professional service and outstanding material quality, installation and follow-up. We highly recommend them and have already done so to colleagues and neighbors.

I would not hesitate to use I andmark again. They replaced a very large window in my great room. They were clean, courteous, makng sure not to damage our property. They cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed the area. FANTASTIC work!

From the salesman, to the installers to the painter painting the interior trim, everyone did a great job on our window installation. We had a dozen old interior windows replaced. Their price was competitive with other quotes and we saw solid reviews before hiring them. Their estimate of time frame was conservative as the windows came in a few weeks early. Their installers did a great job installing all windows in one day with nice craftsmanship and left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. We highly recommend LandMark.

LandMark did a beautiful job installing new windows for our entire house. The windows are very high quality, just as advertised, and our house is now noticeably more quiet and less drafty. We are really looking forward to using them when the warm weather rolls around. All of our interactions with LandMark were highly professional from the beginning of the process to the end. The crew that installed our windows could not have been more professional or courteous, they were a pleasure to have in our home. All in all, we felt that we received a very high quality product and that our home has been greatly enhanced. We give LandMark a very high recommendation!

Our new window looks amazing. The crew was so friendly and I was blown away how they put of plastic to keep the dust very contained and how well they cleaned up when they were done.

I believe the true test of a company is with their follow-up service. I had an issue with some windows installed last December and within 24 hours I had an expert service technician from LandMark at my door. After carefully trouble shooting the issues, Luis had solutions for the problems and repairs/adjustments were made. Bravo!! Thank you!
