I’ve been working with Shelby for the past three years as we gradually remodel our home, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Together we’ve completed a new home office, remodeled our great room, transformed our front entry, renovated a bathroom and laundry room, and we’re currently working on a kitchen remodel. What I appreciate most about Shelby is her ability to take my ideas and elevate them into something even better than I imagined. She has an incredible design aesthetic, a great eye for detail, and an exceptional sense of proportion and scale. Every space she designs feels beautiful, functional, and perfectly balanced. Shelby is also highly skilled at translating design concepts into detailed construction drawings, which has made the building process much smoother for our contractor. She is organized, reliable, responsive, and always professional. Throughout every project, she has been easy to work with and genuinely invested in creating spaces that reflect our style and how we live. After working together on multiple projects over several years, I have complete confidence in Shelby's talent, creativity, and expertise. We just wrapped a full home renovation, and honestly, it felt overwhelming at first. Then we found Shelby’s on Instagram and everything changed. After talking with a couple of her references, we decided to bring her on—and I can confidently say she was the best decision we made. Now that it’s all done, our home feels beautiful, warm, and exactly like us. We honestly couldn’t have done this without her. If you’re considering working with Shelby—do it. She’s an absolute gem and such an incredible partner to have on a project like this.

Shelby is amazing! We would have been lost without her guidance, attention to detail, and overall design for our new home. From the vision boards all the way through to the final installations, she does an incredible job and is a pleasure to work with. We get tons of compliments and I tell everyone, it's not us it's all because of Shelby. She captured both our styles perfectly and I would never do a project without her.

My wife and I hired P. Emerson Interiors as part of our down-to-studs remodel. She was heavily involved with the project from start to finish, including working directly with the architect and general contractor. She did an amazing job, especially when choosing the fixtures and finishes. We would without a doubt use her again if we ever have another house to remodel.

Shelby, lead designer at Willow & Co. and I have worked together on many projects since around 2017. I love how Shelby gives her all no matter how big or small the project is. She has helped me with individual rooms as our family has grown and our needs have changed and she is now working with me on an exciting major home renovation. She has a great sense of space and layout and she has really helped me define my style. She is a great communicator, always professional, honest and clear about the direction of a project. Shelby is an incredible designer! She is dedicated and so fun to work with; she took my vision and made it a thousand times better. We love our home and everyone who comes over comments on how lovely the interior design is; I can't wait to have her design even more for us.

I cannot imagine a better designer in the Phoenix area to work with. Shelby was prompt, professional, and inspiring during every step of our whole-home remodel. We had a lot of struggles with workmen and contractors but she never, ever faltered. Her people were always on time, always courteous, always prompt. We never had to worry about a thing when Shelby was on it! She knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen, only contacting us to verify a choice or if there was a problem with a choice. But she always had backup solutions ready to go and was incredibly practical along the way. Ultimately, I learned that I really didn't need to worry at all about changes to our ideas because Shelby would always choose something I liked. She just knew what to do, and do it on budget! And the best part was that when our contractor's subs couldn't follow through, she was able to bring in her guys to do the job better. I wish she could have been our contractor! Shelby is not only a brilliant designer but also a fantastic businessperson. She is so prompt and efficient with invoicing and payments and she always makes sure we know she's 100% on top of everything we ask for. I don't know how she does it, honestly. The level of detail she can handle is just infinite.

Shelby with Willow & Co. is wonderful. She has helped us transform our house into the home we have always dreamed of. We replaced all the flooring, completely renovated the kitchen and laundry room. It was extremely helpful to have her guidance as we made design choices and worked with a variety of contractors and subs on the project. We are now gearing up to furnish the home with Shelby's help and then move onto the next phase of our home project-bathrooms and home office.

You will not be disappointed in hiring Shelby as your interior designer. She is a great listener, takes her job seriously, and always comes back with such excellent options. She's also good under pressure! We hired her in 2020 to do one room, and have ended up continuing to work with her to design and furnish our whole house! She is responsive and great at putting beautiful combinations together for our review. One of the best things about working with Willow & Co. is that I always feel like they truly take direction from the client and work to give us the best interpretation of our vision. I never feel like she's turning out basic designs or reusing concepts. Each element and mood board is unique to our needs and requests. Shelby never pushes anything on us, and does a great job of giving us luxury options with a mix of more affordable options as well. The finished results is always so beautiful and so approachable.
