Pinnacle Construction did a renovation/addition to our home. We were not living in Florida at the time so we were working with them remotely. The quality of their work was excellent. I worked with Rich Waugh and he was very good on communicating the status on the job and was transparent about the costs for the job. Rick stayed in touch with us and provided timely status updates. Pinnacle also did a great job working with the firm doing the design work and knew how to compensate for the design firms less organized approach to the job. I give Pinnacle a strong recommendation based on our experience.

I hired Pinnacle Construction to renovate my kitchen this year. This was my third renovation job using Pinnacle. They remodeled the guest bath in 2015 and the master bath in 2014. I had been referred to them by my neighbor, who had hired them for various remodel jobs. Their work spoke for itself, so I contracted them for my renovations. I have recommended Pinnacle to everyone I speak with regarding home improvement. Everyone at Pinnacle is professional and courteous. The work is always completed on time and to my satisfaction. I plan on a room addition in the near future and wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are the best contractor I have ever used.

Rick and his team completely restored our home. They rebuilt our water damaged porches, rebuilt our exterior steps, laid tile, repaired our pool pavers, painted our home and landscaped the entire property. They are honest, dependable, hard working and fair. There is no one else I would recommend more than Pinnacle. Additionally, the craftsmen became our friends. They are compassionate, patient and friendly. It was an outstanding experience all around.

Pinnacle Constrction has done a number of projects with superb results. There will all ways be issues with major remodeling projects, Pinnacle has always been extremely good at working thru the issues to my satisfaction. This company has done several projects for me. They are easy to work with, care about their work product and go above and beyond to make sure that the client is happy with their final outcome no matter what the project big or small.

We have used pinnacle two times in the past and have additionally worked with Rick Waugh on another project with his former employer. Our last two projects with pinnacle were renovations and an addition to our 1925 two-story home. The first job was adding on approximately 800 ft.², upstairs and downstairs, including a master bath, master bedroom, upstairs laundry room, and family room. The second project was a complete renovation of our kitchen. With every project that we did Rick provided excellent customer service, stayed on budget, and got the jobs done on time. His work and the subcontractors he uses all do excellent work!!

Pinnacle Construction has completed 2 jobs for me. The first was rather significant with a complete Kitchen remodel and opening up of the Living, Dining and Kitchen to make our home more open feeling. The craftsmanship was superb. The work progressed timely. Rick was communicative and made me aware every step of the way. The finished product was wonderful and I was extremely pleased. The second project was to renovate 2 bathrooms at my beach condo in Belleair Beach. Again, it was completed with great finished, updated shower doors and a true transformation of old bathrooms to new. Terrific to know someone like Rick and Pinnacle Construction for these kinds of home improvements and expansions.
