My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

As a design-build firm, Posh Builder provides end-to-end solution for your residential construction. We take the hassle of finding the right engineer and architect out of the process of remodeling/rebuilding your existing house or building your new dream home. We'll find you the right civil engineer, architect, soil and structural engineers, work with you to develop the plans and drawings, and submit those plans to the city to get the building permits. After obtaining the permits, we will be happy to submit a bid for the construction phase of your project. We pride ourselves in building your house with solid and top-of-the-line quality and workmanship in mind; that said, our bids are very competitive. Our past projects include both new construction and remodel/additions. We have over 10 years of building homes in the South Bay.

I hired Posh Builder earlier this year. I couldn’t be happier with the way Matt and his crew ran my addition, the job was done with much attention to detail and on time! I’ve worked with a few other contractors before but I can honestly say Matt has been the best. I highly recommend him!

I've known Matt of Posh Builder for over 10 years. I am a licensed general contractor myself (Elikan Construction) Inc. He has shared with me the contact information of his electrician, HVAC as well as those of his tile/stone and other finish subcontractors, whom I've subsequently hired. I cannot say enough of their excellent workmanship, professionalism and their great attention to detail. Additionally, I've visited Posh Builder's new builds while under construction, and I can share that they tightly manage and oversea their subcontractors. The finished homes, as shown on his profile, are breath taking in terms of quality. Knowing Posh Builder and the kind of subcontractors they hire and manage, I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of either building a new home or doing a addition/remodel.

I hired Posh Builder to do a complrte remodel/addition of my house in Los Gatos. The scope of the job was to demo the existing structure to the foundation, build a new foundation for the new added part, frame and build a new house from A to Z. Posh Builder and Matt did an excellent job in terms of workmanship, attention to detail and quality of work. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there who wants to build a new house or do a remodel/addition.

I have had the honor of representing the Posh Builders in listing and selling their homes. The homes built by Posh Builders have been the easiest homes to sell since they are high quality construction with strong attention to details and the latest trends! Great floor plans, big windows with lots of light, and efficient use of the living space make these homes very desirable. Also I appreciate the high client satisfaction after the sale and the fast turn around time in building. I strongly recommend Posh Builders!
