We hired Prestige Homes for an addition including a family room, mudroom, loft and a garage. We found them to be highly professional, respectful and knowledgeable, and they attracted a high quality group of trades to our project. The job progressed steadily, finished on time and on budget, even though we added in a few extras along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and we would highly recommend them for a new home build or major renovation. Our project turned out even better than we had hoped!

We hired Prestige Custom Homes to renovate our 25 yr old home including a kitchen, interior remodeling and an additional bathroom. From the first meeting, Karl showed he was highly knowledgeable about major renovations and we instantly knew we could trust Karl with our project. Karl provided us with layout ideas that maximized our space which other contractors and designers could not As the project progressed, we found Karl and his team to be highly professional, responsive and trustworthy. We are still amazed at the finished product which feels like a new custom home. The project was completed on time and on budget! Karl and Jan are definitely the best in their field.

I highly recommend Prestige Homes for any renovation/building project. They were professional, knowledgable, reliable and dependable. They renovated our kitchen/living room and I couldn't be happier. Many of my friends had warned me that kitchen renovations could be a nightmare and mine turned out to be a total dream. They promised us the job done in five weeks and they delivered on their promise. They held our hands throughout the entire project, meeting us numerous times to pick out tiles, appliances, lighting, marble, etc. They answered phone calls and texts immediately and did it with a smile. We are very happy and pleased we chose Prestige Homes to completely renovate our three bathrooms. We, as well as our friends and family are extremely impressed with the new look and quality of the bathrooms. Mr. Karl Bach and his team worked tirelessly for three weeks to complete the work in record time. It was a pleasure to work with them.
