Liran Cohen and Flux construction was truly the best contracting experience we have ever had. His workmanship is impeccable and well as his design knowledge. Our house is transformed. They did a kitchen remodel and 2 bathroom remodels. Can not wait to have them do our master bathroom and will have a brand new house. Will never use another contractor again

Liran/Flux Construction did a complete remodel of our bathroom and installed recessed lighting. We had an excellent experience at all stages with Liran. He's professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. He also has a keen eye for design. Liran patiently walked us through design options, paying close attention to small details but also keeping the entire design in mind to ensure that the whole look was cohesive. Liran also went out of his way looking for ways to keep costs down for us, and he frequently stopped by our house to check on the project's progress and provide me with updates. Most importantly, the end product was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely call Liran again the next time we need a contractor.

Flux Construction completely remodeled our house. We purchased a 1960 mid-century modern house that was a bit of a fixer. The scope of work included moving many of the interior walls, installing a new floor and completely remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. Liran and was great; responsive, helpful and thorough. Liran was particularly great in helping us think through the implications of our design and layout choices. We LOVE our master bathroom and it wouldn't be nearly as great without his help. We also really appreciated the way Flux Construction handled the couple of inevitable issues that came up in a project this large. Having a good communication was so important for us because we had no experience remodeling a home. Flux Construction really made the whole process easier and less stressful. Ultimately, we love our home and really appreciate the work they did!

We are very happy we chose to work with Flux Construction. We needed to add a bathroom and a laundry room to our existing house, we had our laundry machine previously set up in the garage, (which is detached from the house). Liran provided a detailed estimate based on the architectural plans we had and the final project stayed on budget. The different crews who came to build the room addition were professional, completed the job on schedule, and cleaned the entire work site upon completion. The entire process from start to finish was professional, forthright and easy. Our architect which was also the designer of the project also mentioned he enjoyed working with Flux construction. Our next project will be to remodel our kitchen and we already know Flux construction will be our contractor of choice.

I met with Liran after already meeting with several contractors. He was on-time for the appointment, polite and very knowledgeable. Several days later we met again where he provided a written estimate for all work to be done. I liked what I saw, the estimate was well organized and clear. Cleanliness was taken care of as there was a dumpster outside on the street for the whole duration of the project. The house looks great, they even hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the work. I am very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and overall I’m very happy with Flux Construction.

We are an investment group that owns a fair amount of properties. Among the properties we own are a few multi unit apartment buildings. Within the past year we have hired Flux Construction to completely remodel a dozen apartments. Flux Construction did a fantastic work on each and every one of our apartments. They assisted us in everything from the design, through permitting, shopping for finishes, and handled every aspect of the construction. They are easy to work with, punctual, keep a clean working environment and provide a very good service all around. Our group will hire them for more projects and will recommend them to others as well.

I have had a couple of projects done by Flux Construction this year and will hire them again without a doubt. Project number one was fairly small, it was the complete remodel of a 5'x7' bathroom, it went very smooth and was completed within about 20 working days. Project number two was larger and the reason I hired Flux Construction was not because of the bathroom remodel, though they did a great job, but because of the level of knowledge the owners, Eran and Liran, showed during the planning and bidding stage. I was highly impressed by their deep understanding of large scale construction that involves foundation and frame work. When I was planning the room addition with the help of a skillful architect/engineer we have missed a few elements that discovering them on a later on stage would have made the cost of my project bump up drastically. While reviewing my building plans and bidding on the project, out of five contractors, Eran and Liran were the only ones who noticed and alerted me about the mistake on the plans. Other than that their bid was extremely detailed and priced reasonably. I am truly satisfied of the way they handled my project, they did a very good job from start to finish and I thank them for that. Any homeowner would be lucky to have a crew like that running his project.

As a structural engineer my path has crossed a fair share of contractors, I’ve planned and inspected construction projects that range from small room additions to large scale new construction. Some of which are jobs that were performed by Flux construction themselves. Giving the tools I have to measure the quality of work of a general contractor, I can say that Flux Construction is on my top 5 contractors list. From the personal point of view, they are easy to work with thanks to their excellent communication skills. From the site observations I did for them I can say they do a thorough and clean job. It shows these guys take pride in their work and that is an important quality you want your contractor to have. I'm looking forward to be working with them on new projects in the near future!

We were very pleased with the room addition and interior remodel we did with Flux Construction. They were very patient with us and didn't try pushing us into signing a contract, like a few other contractors did. Prior to signing a contract we talked through various possibilities and Liran had some great design ideas. Once we finalized an agreement they helped us shop for cabinetry, plumbing and electrical fixtures, tiles, countertops, etc. The construction work was performed professionally and on schedule, they got everything done efficiently with high quality and solid workmanship. All along the project we had good line of communication with Liran and Eran, we believe this was an important reason why our project went so well. I plan to use them again for future projects and would highly recommend them, especially to anyone who's looking for an honest contractor.

We used Flux for two projects and both were completed on time and budget. The first was our master bathroom remodel, the second was installing all new hardwood floors, replacing all doors and windows and a complete interior paint (we had orange peel texture and wanted all the walls to be smooth). They were always on time and very honest with what has to be done correctly-no short cuts. We are very happy with the result. We have recommended Flux to our friends and plan to use them again for future project.

My partner and I needed to have a complete interior remodel done on our rental property in Los Angeles and were looking to get the job done by a licensed general contractor. After interviewing a few reputable companies we chose to work with Flux Construction thanks to their Yelp reviews and the good experience we had during the bidding process. We hired them to build for us a small room addition, remodel the bathroom and kitchen, change flooring, add lights, and paint the whole house. We are really happy with our choice, their construction management skills were above and beyond our expectations and the results are all we were hoping to get. Our rental house looks more like a high end house in Hollywood hills thanks to them.

Working in the design industry for over 15 years, I've worked with dozens of architects, engineers and construction companies across the US. I've never been as pleased, as when working with Eran and Liran at Flux. From beginning to end, their high level of accuracy with budget and timeline deliverables, attention to detail, unparalleled organization, and scheduling skills are exceptional and stand out among any competition. Personable, soft spoken and always available, Eran & Liran are truly a delight to work with. To find General Contractors of such caliber is extremely rare. If you are looking for a contractor with very advanced industry knowledge, organization and integrity, I wouldn't recommend anyone higher or more skilled for the job.
