Karl was hired as a subcontractor for kitchen design and kitchen cupboard manufacturing and installation. He had excellent suggestions about how to best use the space and in the end created a functional space for the whole family. He worked with us to understand our ideas and incorporate them through the design. We are extremely happy with our space and would gladly recommend Quest to anyone.

Quest Kitchens installed a new kitchen in my house. Karl came out in the early stages of my reno to see if my plan to move the kitchen to the other side of the house would work. He listened to my plan and gave me some input and ensured me that it woukd fit and look good in the new location. We made a deal on a hand shake that Quest would be there when I was ready. It was about 6 or 7 months later that we were ready for the install. Not only did he lay out my floor plan, but he built all cabinets and installed them himself. I am sure that the outcome would not have been the same if someone else was hired for this job. Thank You Quest Kitchens.

After hearing great recommendations about Karl and Quest Kitchens my wife and I decided to set up a meeting to discuss our plans to do an complete renovation of our kitchen and dining room which was untouched pretty much since the 1980's. I recently built a large upscale home on a very prominent lake front property in Halifax. During the pricing and design stage I contacted several kitchen designers to build our dream custom kitchen. Our house is a small Post War house with 2x4 framing and the bows and dips that you would expect of a house of that era. We had 6 kitchen cabinet companies in to measure our kitchen and give us estimates. We narrowed that list down to two based on quality of their work and the reliability of their references, than finally chose to go with Quest Kitchens because Karl seemed to be easy to work with. Karl listened to what we wanted to do, and explained where there could be issues with our design intent. He never made us feel like idiots when we had a stupid idea. He simply provided us with the additional information we needed to make a more informed decision, thus avoiding many mistakes that we might have regretted. He also made some suggestions that helped to maximize the efficient use of the small space available while maintaining an attractive aesthetic. The quality of his work would be hard to surpass. I am a bit OCD, yet I cannot find a single fault with the cabinets in our kitchen. His team’s attention to detail was impressive, right down to thin maple trim strips to hide the gap from the concave bend in the wall behind the cabinets on either side of the kitchen window. When unique “features” of the house, such the floor rising 1 inch from the centre to the wall, or the concave and convex curves of the various walls, Karl was able to find on the fly solutions that kept the finished produce looking perfect, like a kitchen in a magazine. Our new kitchen, with cabinets by Quest Kitchens is the one room in my house where I have no complaints. We are very happy with it, and we highly recommend Quest Kitchens. Easy to deal with, courteous, experienced, excellent at troubleshooting, and the finest quality. I simply have nothing bad to say of our experience with Quest Kitchens.

We had Quest Kitchens in Enfield install a solid birch kitchen cabinet set for us a couple of years ago. I can honestly say it was a great experience. From design to finish, every detail was met to our satisfaction.The installers were very polite and did a fantastic job.The finished product looked like something out of a magazine. Nothing but high quality materials used.No mess left behind. When we had a minor issue with a few soft close hinges, the after sales support was beyond expectation. I called Carl and he had all the hinges replaced the same day that I called. Highly recommended!

We are nothing but completely in love with our kitchen. Karl handcrafted every dream I could imagine when planning our new kitchen. He was a pleasure to work with and we came out of every meeting we had with him on planning and details feeling like he really understood our vision . We have been enjoying our new kitchen for over a year now and I can honestly say that we love it more everyday. We received quotes from a couple of other kitchen cabinet companies and were not impressed with their product quality, options or price. We decided to have Karl from Quest Kitchens in to see if he would have something different to offer. He sure did have something different - better quality, better professional advice and guidance and better price. We wouldn't have chosen him on price alone, it was just a bonus. We were very impressed with Karl's initial contact with us when he gave us a quote on the spot. He gave us advice and suggestions which were very helpful and really took his time with the assessment. He was very professional, and easy to talk to and the way he presented in our initial meeting was how he was throughout the process - true to his word and always available via email or phone, getting promptly back to us. And of course we were so impressed with the final product. The cabinets are beautiful and quality and attention to detail obvious. A co worker who was shopping for a cabinet maker also hired Quest after she saw our kitchen. Our contact with Karl and Quest Kitchens is by far the best experience we have had with any type of renovation company or contractor, and we are not easily impressed.
