As an Architectural Photographer, I appreciate quality design and construction. I am always impressed with Rainier Custom Home's work and look forward to seeing their new projects. I photograph unique homes for several architects, interior designers and contractors in the Pacific Northwest. I always enjoy working with the people at Rainier CH's and attention to detail and finishes of their craft. I also like to hear from their clients about how much they appreciate their work. The last project I photographed for RCH's was a classic mid-century remodel that maintained the spirit of the form while updating the functionality of the plan for today's needs. We recently finished our second renovation with Rainier and couldn’t be happier. Their excellent communication, detailed follow through and relationships with talented tradesmen and suppliers, allowed us to finish the project on time and a little under budget. I am just finishing up what II believe is my 6th remodel project with Rainier Construction over the past 20 years or so. They have always been great to do business with and i have been happy with every project. Their process has improved and been refined over the years. This project(bathroom and bedroom remodel) had a pre-construction phase and manager and then a hand-off to the project manager for the construction phase. This worked really well. Nevin and Mike are both strong communicators and met regularly, asked thorough questions, and provided patient education as needed. Remodels aren’t fun (especially if you are living in the midst of it); but they can be worth it and the team at Rainier Custom Homes goes above and beyond to make sure that it is and that the customer is happy. I love my new space!

Both Nevin Middleton and his project manager, Jason Jarman, have been an invaluable resource to us throughout the entire Pre-construction phase of our project by providing the leadership and energy required to build and direct an incredibly strong and talented technical team that assisted us in making informed and wise decisions regarding the design and specifications for our new home. This team also successfully addressed the essential task of assembling the complete set of architectural and interior design plans plus civil, structural and geotechnical engineering reports all of which were required to support jurisdictional permitting of our new home. As we look back on the body of work that has been accomplished over the past 9-months, we simply can’t imagine our project being as successful and as well positioned to support upcoming construction without the continuous commitment and remarkable support provided by the Rainier Custom Homes team as the design of our new home is nothing short of stunning.
