Serban is a talented provider of architectural skills. He understands and learns quickly new aspects and change drawings accordingly around the clock. He worked with me several times on several different projects. Two of my projects were successfully filed with NYC DOB (Dept. of Buildings), and the second in Greenwich,CT.
