We are very happy with the work that Bowline did for us. They completed a master and hallway bath renovation/remodel and a renovation of our master bedroom as well. The design team was a pleasure to work with and all the subcontractors were polite and careful and neat. The quality of the work was excellent and they ensured that every detail was finished correctly. Highly recommended!

This is the 4th project that we have used Bowline for. That says a lot in itself! Reuben and Steve are very professional, responsive and they care about the quality of work that they are giving. Our latest project was a complete exterior update with new Hardy siding, rebuilt an attached shed, railings, gutters and all. Everyone at Bowline was wonderful from start to finish. The trades they hire were all great, friendly, respectful, and hard working. Everyone went above and beyond. We hired Bowline Construction Inc. for our kitchen renovation. Reuben was very approachable, offering great input and design options that would meet our budget. Steve + Russel did a great job with our project, even when we ran into a few minor setbacks due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we still made our completion deadline. Overall this was our first time hiring a contractor, and the experience was excellent.

We have worked with Bowline on many projects and love being able to partner with them to make our clients dreams a reality! They are hard workers who strive to do the best for their clients. Their communication is upfront, honest and always in a timely manor. Working with Bowline was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They completed a large renovation on both the interior and exterior of our home, completely changing the look of our house, as well as adding value to our investment. Steve and Reuvan (owners) were always available to answer questions and promptly dealt with any concerns along the way. Their attention to detail is superb and their creative design ideas greatly helped during our renovation. Steve and Reuvan have chosen their trades people wisely. Never once did I feel nervous to have trades in my home while at work. I knew that their trades people were chosen by Bowline because they are both excellent at their trade but also good quality people. The Bowline crew was professional, communication was efficient, and the Design-Build process enabled us to establish the scope and cost ahead of the build. We worked with Reuben, Steve and their crew on a new roofed in deck on our home. The whole experience was excellent, from conceptual drawings to finished product. The ridge beam design constructed with glulam fir is beautiful. The consultation throughout the project was easy and communications were always effective. Would recommend this crew to anyone.

I have worked with Bowline for several years in several projects. I plan on doing the same in the future. Both Reuben and Steve are professionals of the highest caliber with whom I would trust any project we work on. They are currently finishing off a project on which they have gone "over and above the call of duty". Our next project for 2020 will be a small single family subdivision and a larger commercial/industrial development with values of over $CAD7m. My husband and I were initially at a lost as how to find a company that we could trust. With all the horror stories that we heard about contractors, we were very careful as to whom we picked. We finally decided on Bowline because our trusted real estate agent highly recommended them to us. Throughout the renovation we found the company to be: -Professional and competent it what it does. -Clear and open communication. They replied to our requests very promptly. We logged in to a website that had everything that pertained to our renovation. -Reliable and trustworthy. When the company said that they would take care of things, you could count on them that any issues or problems would be done correctly. -Timeline was longer than then expected simply because of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. machinery broke down). However, we were being informed consistently so we were aware of each step of renovation. The schedule was done in such a way so we didn’t have to move out. This had saved us a few thousand dollars. -Reasonable quote and we only spent 9% above the original quote. One of the contractors that worked for Bowline told us he enjoyed working with Bowline as they didn’t gouge their customers. In short, I would highly recommend Bowline to anyone in a heartbeat.

We wanted to give our basement (~1300 sqft) a makeover and were seeking a contractor to implement our design. After interviewing SEVERAL contractors we made the easy decision to proceed with Bowline. They responded promptly to our inquiry, scheduled an on-site visit that same week, and had remarkable follow-up. Communication and response time during the project were outstanding and all while maintaining a high-level of professionalism. We were looking for a contractor who demonstrated professionalism, excellent customer service, and strong communication and Bowline delivered. You always hear of the stereotypical stories of working with trades and contractors (such as they never show up when they say they will, they don't call if they'll be late, never stick to the schedule, etc.) and Bowline defied all of them. Projects are never problem-free or hiccup-free but Bowline's strengths in communication skills and problem solving made for navigating the bumps-in-the-road with minimal stress. We knew right away they were the right fit and we would not hesitate to partner with them again.

Bowline Construction built our house. Reuben and Steve showed themselves to be trustworthy and personable. While they were respectful of our tastes and design ideas, their professional input was valued. All in all it was a great experience working with them!
