Joel was great to deal with. I've worked with him on two projects - the first was designing, building and installing a vanity to showcase my handmade bathroom sink. The live edge slab of walnut is a show stopper. The second project involved replacing (boring) builder stair railings and making and installing some open shelving for art display. His oak newel posts are wonderful. We discussed some sort of copper detail and Joel came up with a perfect solution. The shelving also worked out well. I'll definitely hire Joel when I'm ready to start another project - a custom wall unit in the living room.

Great work! They have done a kitchen and two bathrooms for us. They are very professional; Great workmanship; Creative design and clever solutions to design challenges; Excellent attention to detail; Very clean - They clean up everyday. Lots of little extras, everything they do is well thought out; and The big thing - When most contractors are getting close to the end of a job they are already checked out. Not these folks. Joel and Jessica redesigned, created and installed our custom kitchen in our Panabobe log cabin. We gutted the kitchen at close up in October and when we returned in April the kitchen was complete. We had other work being done so they had to work with other trades to install appliances and undermount lighting. They went above and beyond to fit our cabinets and trims with functionality and storage in a unique small space. We love our kitchen

I have had File Custom Kitchen do a office for me last year and I have had them do a laundry room and bathroom in my basement this year. They are also making me an entertainment cabinet. We hired Joel and Jessica to complete a custom counter for our kitchen. It was so easy to work with them and their ideas were so in line with our requests we hired them to complete our custom walk in closets. Again everything was beyond expectations. We ended up hiring the Fike's to complete our bathroom cabinetry, our kitchenette, pantry, laundry room and library, as well as custom furniture in the home. They worked with us in every detail, creating usable and functional space that was also beautiful. We regularly have visitors to the home that are "wowed" by spaces they helped us create.
