From the initial estimate to the final installation of our kitchen countertops, the staff at Rino's Tile and Stone was extremely professional and helpful. I especially appreciated the communication during the process which included answering questions in a timely manner and accommodating a necessary schedule change for installation. The installers came on time and did an outstanding job of workmanship. We are thrilled with the quality of our beautiful countertops and plan to use this company again for future projects in our home.

Visits made to my home to evaluate space were timely and courteous. Respect for my likes and dislikes were understood. Design of master bathroom was gorgeous. Designer was readily available. I am very pleased with the designer, products and entire interaction.

Martha and Rino's Tile/Stone assisted us with remodeling of our kitchen. Design and estimates were accurate and done on time; price was favorable considering the size of the job and competition bids (about 20% less than high bidder for the same piece of stone!) Minor glitches with shipping and stone preparation before installation were quickly forgotten and we enjoy the new granite daily. Excellent service in installing granite countertop for major kitchen remodel. After cabinets were installed, Rino's came out and measured the countertops with state of the art computer programming which were then used to cut the granite with their state of the art CNC machine. Their shop is very clean and the service was excellent. Jolene and Martha were a pleasure to work with on our project.
