We hired Rispoli Design and Build for design and renderings for a kitchen remodel. They were wonderful to work with - very responsive and easy to communicate with and really listened to what we wanted and helped us create a design we will love for years to come. We're thrilled with how the whole project turned out!

One year ago , we were living in Maryland very happily. Events then got us to thinking about moving back to the West Coast. Which led us to start looking at options open to us. We looked at lots in different areas of Southern Oregon. We looked at new construction. We looked at preowned houses. Our search led us to a design and lot Rispoli Design had on the MLS. We made a trip out, put our down payment in escrow, went back to Maryland, sold our house and moved across the U.S. we watched the house go up from the ground up. We came to the site everyday to see the progress, I am amazed at the excellent craftsmanship that goes into each detail. Giuseppe and company made the build FUN and always had a great attitude. Every single craftsman we had the privilege to talk to always spoke highly of Giuseppe and the other people they worked with. This was our 4th new construction and without a doubt the most rewarding emotionally and then most incredibly beautiful home. I wouldn’t change one single thing.

This has been an amazing experience for my husband and I. Working with Giuseppe and Erika Rispoli has been incredible! Giuseppe creates something and then brings it to life. No detail missed in between. They both listen to all of your questions concerns and pay attention to all of the details that are important to you. They do everything they can to make it happen. Rispoli Design and Build, specifically Giuseppe and Erika, created an amazing home for my wife and me. It is our first home and we cannot be more excited to move in. I've known Joseph for almost 3 years now. Since the beginning I have always appreciated his professionalism and thorough communications skills. Because of these things working with Joseph has always been very enjoyable. When it comes to the thoughtfulness and craftsmanship of his homes... he is at the front of the pack. To have a builder be able to draft a home, do high definition renders, and be on the front lines of the project is the best thing a client could ask for. I purchased a home built by Rispoli Design in November of 2019. The communication, process and vendors were all fantastic. Giuseppe does what he says he's going to do, and when he says he's going to do it. The home is great, and we're very happy with the quality and the experience we had working with the team.

Rispoli Design & Build, and the principals, Guiseppe and Erika Rispoli, built my forever home. I relocated to Medford, Oregon and looked at a variety of existing homes, but when I saw their floorplans, the quality of their materials, and their approach to the build, I was sold. Working with them was as easy as it gets. Having never built anything from the ground up, I felt that I was being a pest sometimes, but they answered my questions and worked with me on design choices with patience and good humor. The end product is more than I could have dreamed of, and I am so very proud to show it off to family, friends, and potential Rispoli clients. If you are in Medford, OR, you should not make any remodel or build decisions without talking to Rispoli. I'd build another house just to work with them again :)

Mr. Rispoli built our new home, which we love. He has been very prompt and responsive to all our questions about a new built home. If we were to buy any other new home we would only consider one built by his company. I could not be happier and highly recommend him and his company.

This year my husband and I took the plunge, sold our old home, and had a new one built for us in West Medford. That kind of thing is inherently stressful, but Giuseppe Rispoli made the new construction part of the process a lot easier for us to handle. We’ve heard nightmare stories about builders who are unresponsive and hard to reach when questions come up, but thankfully that was never the case with Giuseppe. It really did feel like a team effort to create a finished product that would meet our needs now and in the future, and we’ve always felt that Giuseppe genuinely wants to give us a home in which we’ll be happy for many years to come. We’ve been in the new place for two and a half months now and are really enjoying it; it’s beautiful, comfortable, and we couldn’t be happier.
